One of the things that I tell clients is, doesn't matter what level of leadership you're in. It's. It's almost like you have your own personal TMZ following you around so that they're really looking at everything that you do. They're scrutinizing everything that you do, and you might not realize the impact that you're having as a result of those things. You just see yourself as, I'm just a person, but as a leader. They don't see you that way. They put you at a different level. Almost like TMZ follows celebrities. Right. So I think that's a big lesson. And then also the importance of purpose and really connecting that purpose through everything that you do.
