What is red thread leadership? Yeah. So red thread leadership is our model of leadership at executive leadership consulting. And we, as I mentioned, we start with purpose. And so it has five Ps. The purpose is the foundation of it. And then we take that purpose and run the red thread through your plan, so your vision, your goals, your strategy. And then from there, we look at your processes. So that's the third P. And really empowering the team to question the processes based on the purpose and the plan. So do we have the right processes in place to bring our purpose to life, to reach our vision, and are we doing processes that are no longer necessary based on where we're going?
