Sonya Shelton explains how to build a vision that actually motivates people: make it concrete and emotionally compelling by helping them picture what success looks and feels like, what people will be saying about the company when you get there.

You mentioned the word vision, and I think that's a really critical point for leaders to really understand. Do you have a way that you help leaders understand?
So it's really looking at, can people see it? Do they know when they get there, what will people be saying about the company? What will they be saying about the team? What will it look like? What will it feel like when we're there to really make it real for them so that they are. They want to make that happen.
