Sonya Shelton. What motivates you? What motivates me is impact. When I see that I'm making an impact, making a difference, I get so charged up. When I'm in situations where, you know, even with clients where I see maybe they don't want to change or giving lip service to leadership but actually don't want to make a difference, then I completely lose my motivation. So it's all about impact for me.
