Welcome to the do the Thing podcast. Hi, everyone. Okay, episode two. So I'm living with the do the Thing concept right now as I'm doing this podcast. Since, as I mentioned in the first episode, it has been the thing that's been challenging for me is getting this podcast going, which has been really funny. So I'm using principle number two with being able to do the thing, and that is using the muscles that you need to get things done. And so just by me sitting on here recording for you and then being able to post it and all that kind of stuff, I'm literally, like, using those muscles and getting the practice in so that I'm able to do this and give you the best show that I could potentially give you. For me, this is really so important for me to make sure that you're connecting with what I'm saying, because I've just had so many people over the years that have just asked me over and over again how I was able to do the thing and living vicariously through different things. And it's really important that I'm, like, breaking down with the people that I'm talking to and seeing how they do it. So that way, whatever pieces you're going to take, it might be just one thing from here or there that might connect with you, but that's the one thing that I really. That makes this whole thing worth it. So I'm really excited to be able to do this for you and to have you kind of see the process. The funny thing is it's so easy to get caught up in, like, just so many things that are random that, like, prevent you from moving forward. So right now I was, like, thinking I wanted to do a better intro for, like, future shows when I have a guest on. And I did this, like, really cool gig on fiverr for, like, 20 bucks, and they did a really cool intro. And I'm, like, deciding if I want to do that, because after hearing it, I mean, I think it sounds really cool, but I don't know if it plays on the actual, like, truly authentic piece that I wanted to. But I also was thinking that it wasn't so much like having something not done professionally that it mattered to me. It was more that it was simple and easy, which is what it was. So anyway, that's kind of what I'm. I'm thinking about now. But it's so easy to get caught up in that, like, questioning and, like, asking people and then me not trusting my own judgment. And so anyway, I just thought I would share just how easy it is, just even little simple stuff to get caught up in that. And, you know, I'm not going to. I'm just going to decide if it feels right when it comes time to posting it, if I'm going to add it on, and then you can always feel free to send me a message. If you don't like it or if you love it, let me know. So, anyway, just wanted to kind of let you know what my thought process was as I'm doing the thing, and how easy it is to get stuck on certain things. So. All right, everyone. Well, we'll be having people join us probably on the next one. I just wanted to give it one more chance to kind of get myself going on this thing and just using the muscles that I wanted to use. So. All right.
