I do really believe 100% from every part of me that everyone has the capacity to be able to do the things that they want and not to be held back by the mental baggage that's in our head that we want to push through.
Welcome to the do the Thing podcast. In each episode, we get down and personal with people who go after the things they want to make all their wildest dreams come true. Join us as we unveil and dissect a formula for what it takes to do the thing. Here is your host, Stacy Lauren.
Hey, everyone, Just a heads up, this episode includes some frank adult discussion that's probably not suitable for children. So you might want to hit pause and clear the room or go ahead and put your headphones on. Welcome to the do the Thing podcast. This is Stacy Lauren. I'm so glad you guys are here today. Oh, my gosh, you have a huge treat coming for you. I met our next guest at a retreat that I went to in Colorado last year. And she, honestly, when I met her, she blew my mind. Just from the way that she embodies life and the aura that she has around her, it, like, draws you to her magnetically. And I went up to her and just started. We just started chatting about all kinds of things, and it was just an amazing experience getting to talk to her during that week that we were in this experience. The retreat was about, like, finding your flow state and how to tap into your. Your potential. And she was. She was also a guest there learning the same way that I was learning. And it was amazing because in my mind, she already had embodied this. This place of flow. And it's great because she still had this abundant ability to want to learn and to want to grow and me and this experience. And so anyway, it's been unbelievable getting a chance to know her and I've worked with her since then, and really excited that you guys are going to get a chance to hear from her, have her share her wisdom on how she does the thing. So welcome Genesis to the show.
Thank you, Stacy. I appreciate you having me here today.
Yeah, I'm so excited. Why don't we get started and have you tell everyone your story?
Great. So, as Stacy alluded to, my background is in pleasure. So for a very long time, ever since I was very young, I have been interested in pleasure and how to make each moment more enjoyable. And over the years, I've had greater success and times of where that's been a significant challenge in my life. And through coming through those challenging times, I have even More gratitude for the pleasure that's in my life. And a couple of years ago, I learned about Jaya and the erotic blueprints. And at that point, a number of things really clicked into place for me. So I became an erotic blueprint breakthrough coach and have been doing that the last several of years. So very excited to be here and to share with everyone that's listening more about how to have more pleasure and how to learn about your erotic blueprint. Yeah.
So for people that are sitting there going, wait, did she just say erotic blueprint? Can you explain more about what that means and a little bit more detail as to what that is?
Certainly. So the erotic blueprints are really a framework that was developed by Jaya. Jaya is a sexological body worker, has been working in this space for well over 20 years. And she was noticing that with her clients, the age old story of she wants a bubble bath and he wants to get right to sex wasn't true. Not only was it not true for many of her clients, it wasn't true for herself and her partner. And she started to pay attention to these details about what turns certain people on or off and noticing that one person's turn on can be another person's total shutdown. And so she developed this framework in which there are five erotic blueprints. And you can kind of think of these as languages. Right. You've probably heard of the five love languages. These are kind of like the five sex languages. So there are five of them. The first one is energetic, second one is sensual, the third one is sexual, the fourth one is kinky. And then the fifth one is called Shapeshifter, which is a combination of all of the previous four.
And the other thing I wanted to get into too, for people that don't have a partner and they're wanting to kind of explore this themselves, I wanted to also kind of go into that piece because I do know one of the reasons I wanted you on is because pleasure is a big part of doing the thing. And whether you're, you know, finding pleasure yourself or you're finding pleasure with someone else, it's definitely a key, a key piece for a lot of people to be able to get into that inner flow in a way. So I thought we could kind of just talk a little bit more about that too.
Certainly. Yeah. Pleasure is definitely a individual thing. No partner necessary. In fact, a lot of ways it's a framework, it's a way of a mindset, a way of looking at life. And so when you wake up in the morning and you look around, you can see the sun rising through the window. You can find beauty in that sunrise and you can derive pleasure from it. The view of it, the colors of it, can be beautiful to you. Go into the kitchen, get your coffee going. Smell the aroma of the coffee that as it's brewing. See the cream as it enters the cup. Wrap your hands around the mug and feel the curvature of the mug, feel the warmth of the mug. Now bring it to your lips, let it caress your lips. And as you slowly take that first sip, drink in all of the pleasure that there is in that cup of coffee. I call them coffeegasms because it is totally possible to have orgasmic response from sights, smells and tastes. Pleasure is your birthright. Our bodies are wired for pleasure and our bodies really are fed by pleasure. So one of the practices that I have in the morning is what I call pussy pleasure meditation. And you know, many people meditate and there are many different types of meditation. This type of meditation is really a combination of a gratitude practice and a self pleasure practice. So I'll place my right hand on my heart and for five to seven minutes I will just out loud say the things that I'm grateful for. I'm grateful for the home that I live in. I'm grateful that the sun is shining. I'm grateful for the amazing people I have in my life. I'm grateful for my health, right? So I go through a list of just verbally saying all of the things I am grateful for while connecting with my heart. And then I'll place my other hand on my pussy. And this works for cock bodied individuals as well. Just placing your hands on your genitals and really connecting with your desires. And this is really an opportunity to, you know, set intentions when what is it that you want to create in the world? What is it that you want to build in the world? Who is it that you want to be in the world? And to frame these as desires, right? Today I desire to show kindness to everyone I come in contact with. I desire to be lit up and glowing and be an inspiration. I desire to land that client or I desire to come up with a creative solution to this problem that's been plaguing me. And so I go through again another five, seven minutes of desires and then I move into a very deliberate self pleasuring. So this could be caressing my legs, caressing my arms, caressing my neck, caressing my breasts, or stroking my genitals. And it's not a directed like masturbation, must get to orgasm now kind of an approach it's more of a appreciation, a loving appreciation of all of the parts of my body and just noticing and feeling my own touch, giving myself that touch, giving myself that love that says, I love me and I value me. And I'm grateful for these legs that walk me from place to place, and I'm appreciative of these arms that are so strong that enable me to carry things. And I just give myself that love and that pleasure and just soak it in. It's a really amazing practice. Only takes, like, 20 minutes, but at the end of it, I feel alive, invigorated, and ready to start my day. Yeah.
I think it's so amazing to have something like that where every day you have a approach to really just connecting with yourself before you're attacking the day.
Or before the day attacks you.
Yeah.
Oh, that's true. I think way too often we roll over and pick up our phone and there's already X number of things that are demanding our attention. And by starting with this, it's really. You're starting from a foundation of, like, a real grounded place, a really resourced place. And from there, I mean, everything else is easier to deal with when you're. When you're feeling that solidity with yourself.
Yeah. And I think this is so good that we're having this conversation, because I've actually mentioned this a few times on the. On the podcast already with different people, because it keeps coming up for me, because I think it's so easy to get into that mindset of doing the thing, but doing the thing out of just doing it because you want to get it done, whether it's ego or numbing or whatever. And so one of the things I'm really careful about doing with being able to encourage people to go after the things that they want without having, like, a fear or something that's holding them back, is I want them to do it from a place of plentifulness. You know, I want it to come from desire that comes from within them and not from outside of them. And so I love the way that you were able to verbalize that practice, because I think that's such a great way to get connected with yourself first. So when you're doing the thing, you're doing it out of alignment for yourself.
Absolutely. And what I found is that things flow better from that perspective. You know, I. I need to write a chapter for my book, and when I'm coming from this pleasured, aligned place, it just flows easier. It. It feels like more fun. It doesn't feel like work, and I. I've just. I've noticed the difference. And. And other people that I've shared this practice with have. Have shared similar types of things. They're like, I was so struggling, and then I did the practice, and. And then things just clicked into place better.
How did you get yourself to do it every day? What did you say to yourself? Like, how did you create that strong habit so that when you woke up, it was something you just did? I'm assuming you're doing it automatically now.
Yeah. So when I first started it, ironically, it was at the beginning of the pandemic. I had ended a relationship just about two months before that, and I had been doing some reading, and I had learned about how when you're in pleasure, it boosts your immunity. So, of course, beginning with pandemic, we didn't know what this thing was. We didn't know how it was going to affect us, but all we knew is better boost our immunity. And I thought, all right, twice a day, twice a day, I am going to self pleasure for a half hour each, and I am going to have my body be so filled with pleasure and my immunity so high that whatever this bug is, it's not going to get me. And here I am two and a half years later now. Well, not quite two and a half, but two. Two years later. I've never gotten Covid. So take it for what it is. It works. But, yeah, at this point, it is. It's a habit. It's just a great way to start my day. And I feel there have been times when something has, you know, needed me up and out earlier than. Or maybe I skipped it, and I feel that. And then I find myself, like, midday going, oh, that's what's missing. Gotta do that. And like I said, it started as a health and wellness technique and really became a habit and something that I enjoy doing. And if I do miss it, I don't criticize myself because that. There's no need to criticize myself. I just notice it and notice that I'm missing it and either do it at that point or make sure I do it the next day. Yeah.
And do you think that the idea of knowing the erotic blueprints now has that helped you kind of formulate what your rituals are?
The erotic blueprints have definitely given me a broader set of toys to play with, for lack of a better term. So I'm a shapeshifter, which means I'm d. All of the above. I like all sorts of different things. So each day I can use different types of touches depending on my mood. You know, so the sensuals, they're the ones that are really turned on by like having their senses ignited. The one like what I was talking about, the coffee gasm. Right. The sensitive smells, the tastes, the temperature, the way things sound. And so when sensuals are very into different textures. Right. So like a fluffy blanket and feeling and caressing that or you know, the, the smooth silky sheets really being able to just derive pleasure from the sense of touch or the sense of smell, sight, taste, sound. So that really gives me an extra flavor to add into my self proach or practice. Other day's kinky. Right. So kinkies are turned on by things that are taboo. And there's basically two categories of kinky. There's the psychological kinky, which are the ones that are turned on by like dominance and submission. And then there's also the sensation based kinky which are more turned on by the physical like restriction of ropes or a spanking or that type of thing. So when I'm doing a self pleasure practice that I can incorporate kinky things which could be like giving myself slaps on my thighs or using my fingernails to scratch if I'm in more of that sensation based. Or I can kind of play in my head with like, you know, are you a good girl? Are you being a good girl? What would you need to do to be a good girl? And I can kind of play with that psychological kinky. So it just, it adds more, more tools to the toolbox or toys to the toy box of ways I can play in my self pleasure practice. Yeah.
And it's like toys in the toy box of how you can live your life too.
Absolutely. When you're. It's funny because once you start paying attention to the blueprints, you start seeing them everywhere. You know, I start noticing them in the boardroom, right. And it's like that person is being a little bit more quiet. They're kind of, you know, more observing. I think they might be more of an energetic. Right. And more turned on by that tease or that anticipation. And they're really seeking connection or presence. Right. With energetics, they are super sensitive to the energy in the room and can short circuit if it becomes too much. So just noticing these kinds of personalities in these different ways, it has changed the way I interact with people. When I can recognize their style and then meet them where they are, they feel safer, they feel more seen, more understood. Yeah.
So through it you've learned not only how to resource and nourish yourself by utilizing them, but also how to interact with others.
Exactly. And it's. I mean, and of course, in the bedroom, it's a lot of fun because once you learned how different types like to be touched or like to be played with, then you can really super satisfy them. And when you can communicate the way you like to be played with, you can be really super satisfied by a partner. Yeah.
So, okay, we're moving on to this.
So I.
We talked before the podcast started, and I said, okay, I'm really doing the thing with this because I'm going out of my comfort zone by even having this conversation on. On the podcast.
So I am so proud of you.
Thank you. Yeah, because pre. Pre life, you know, where I was running a business, I had the business owner side. I mean, I was such a, you know, never talked about anything outside of the. The normal, you know, kind of things. And now here we are talking about pleasure and sex. But it's all part of this life, right, Where I do the peloton. I talk about that a lot on the podcast. And Robin Ariza, who's one of my, like, trainers that I love, she said yesterday, life is not a dress rehearsal. Like, you have one life, right? And so if we're going to be held back by certain conversations that may be awkward or uncomfortable, then why are we. Why are we doing this? So I think it's important, you know, to be able to have the conversations and to open up the doors so that people can learn more and understand more about not only how they can pleasure themselves, whether it be a daily thing or something that helps them get. Become more in the moment and then also with others. So, anyway, I just wanted to make that a real moment right now, and this is what I'm feeling.
Go ahead and just take a deep breath. Just feel your feet, feel your hands, wiggle your fingers, and just breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth, and this is safe. We all have sex. We all come from sex. Sex is all around us, and it got a bad rap. You know, there. There was a lot of division around it and a lot of judging and making wrong and shame that's been built. And there are a lot of organizations that have benefited greatly from creating shame from sex. But at its core, it is very natural. It is very important part of who we are. And being able to express ourselves in an erotic way is so freeing, so empowering that from this place, others can't have control over us. When we know ourselves so well, we are literally setting ourselves Free. Every time we speak about our own erotic nature.
That's exactly why you're here. It's so great. And that idea of just even how you can make a coffee cup and you know, that experience of drinking a coffee cup sounds sexy. And be in the moment of that joy, you know, of the.
The.
What did you say?
The coffee gas and coffeegasms. Yep. Yeah.
Like it's literally being able to find pleasure in any moment, you know, at any time.
So yeah.
So before we move on to the sex stuff completely, can we do that with something else that maybe just finding pleasure in a moment in something just to give another visual there?
Certainly. Oh, how about standing in line at the grocery store? So you've selected the line at the grocery store that has three people in it. Very reasonable. But for whatever reason that first person in line something is taking a really long time. Your choices or get upset, get angry, get frustrated, or take this as an opportunity for some extra pleasure. So you may want to close your eyes or you may want to leave them open and just feel yourself in your body. Noticing your breath, consciously slowing your breath down, just feeling each muscle in your body and noticing how can I make this a little more relaxed? And just allowing yourself to relax that muscle. Looking around, maybe there's the. All the bubble gum and the magazines and just glancing at them, noticing the color, noticing the vibrance, noticing the words of juicy or fresh or spicy. And just letting each of those words permeate, get that little smile going. What do you think about when you see the word juicy? What do you think about when you see the word spicy? What do you think about when you see the word fresh? And just feeling each of those inside your body, noticing how as your breath is calm, your muscles are relaxed and you're just observing the things around you. You can see and find joy. And perhaps it leads you on a little fantasy escape. And you can think about that encounter you had last week. Or you can think about that date you've got coming up next week. Or you can think about your own self pleasure session that you had and just taking a time out. The universe has said you deserve a little break. Take that time. Maybe do some Kegel exercises. That's a great way. I love to do Kegels in traffic. Right? You're in traffic, nobody can see you. And you can just squeeze and pulse and feel that. You can even put on some music when you're in traffic. And you can do some hip circles. People can't see that. You can just enjoy the pleasure of your body moving to the music, internally squeezing those muscles and taking a pleasure break. Yeah.
And I think the other amazing thing about just even the grocery store example is, like, you're really retraining your brain, you know, in times of chaos or in times of just frustration on how to respond, you know, and just. Even that question. I love that question. How can I make this a little bit more relaxed? You know, if you can even ask yourself that question at any moment in the day, whenever you're feeling that, you know, it really just. It gives you that practice to use that muscle to be able to do that even more.
My favorite question is, what would make this moment even more pleasurable? You know, it could be something as simple as putting a blanket over your lap while you're on a zoom call. Right. Maybe you're a little cold. Maybe you want to feel a little more snuggly. That would make this moment a little more pleasurable. What would make this moment even more pleasurable? What if I open the shades and let the sun come in more? That would make this moment even more pleasurable. It's exactly that. It's. It is. It's a mindset. It's a. It's a reframing what you can control, you can make more pleasurable.
Yes. Okay, so this is perfect. Now let's. Let's talk about sex. So we were going there, and then I. I sort of halted for a minute to. To explain my uncomfortableness, and then you helped me work through that. So how do you think, like, if someone's new into the erotic blueprints and they're. They're learning theirs and they're learning their partners, what do you think's kind of like a good kind of first step? And then also, why don't we just. We'll relate it back to the podcast too, as far as. Why is that important in regards to doing the thing?
Yeah. So doing the thing of learning about your erotic self and learning about your partner in an erotic way, it's a deeper knowledge. And from this deeper knowledge, you can make more informed choices and have better outcomes. And to your point, it can be a little awkward at the beginning to start these conversations when so many people have shamed them and shunned them for so long. So a great way to get started is by being curious, Right. Let's say you've got a partner, and the last thing you want to do is come at your partner and be like, our sex life really sucks. It has to get better, or I'm leaving right that's not going to work so well. But if you instead approach it from a perspective of, hey, I heard about this thing called the Erotic Blueprints. It sounded really interesting. Would you like to learn more about it with me? Or even coming from the perspective of there's nothing wrong with our sex life, but since we're going to be together for a really long time, what if we took some time to learn about how to make it even juicier, even better? Would that be fun? I would love to do that with you. There's a couple of different ways to go about learning about the blueprints. One of the ways is taking the Erotic Blueprint quiz. The other is there was a Netflix show called Sex, Love and Goop with Gwen Paltrow that featured my mentor Jaya. And there's a way to learn there. And then really the best way to learn is getting involved with the Erotic Blueprint Breakthrough course, which is a eight module course broken down into little videos. And there are many coaches like myself to work with to help overcome any challenges that pop up as you're going through this information. But it's a really fun, playful approach. And like I said, it's broken into these little videos. And each video is really focused on, on that learning and that exploring and that play and getting curious because it's all information. There's not a right way and a wrong way. There's learning. How does this work for you? What would make this work even better for you? And the reality is it may work differently for you on different days. Some days you might be right in the mood for that thing and other days not so much. And it focuses on communicating and being able to communicate to your partner. Ooh, I really love the way that you're caressing my neck. That feels so good. But the way that you're pinching my nipple is a little painful. I think if you were to caress my breast for a few more minutes before pinching my nipple, I think that would feel better. Could we try that? And that way, it's not that they're doing it wrong. Your body just might not be yet ready for the pinching stage. That's usually something that feels better at heightened levels of arousal. So you've got to get to that heightened level of arousal before it'll feel good, but being able to communicate that in a nice way, that's kind. And as well as standing up for yourself, your partner doesn't know how it feels for you. So it's important to be able to communicate that.
Yeah. And as you're talking. I'm realizing something really big is part of, with doing the thing. It's all about flexing muscles that you. I mentioned this earlier where you're practicing skills that you're using in life. So for me it was. And I'm going back to business for a minute, but like this door to door sales job that I had in college, right. Like I learned how to handle rejection and you know, get 27 no's before you get three yeses, you know, basically. So that skill I've, I've taken with me throughout my life where I'm not scared of rejection. And going back to this, I feel like this is such an amazing way of asking for what you want. Because I think so many people, and I'm not even talking sexually right now, I'm talking with everything. There's so many people that are so caught up in just not trying to fulfill their needs, even at a restaurant. Like you could practice this skill, you know, and ask for something that maybe isn't on the menu. And, and that's just one example of a way that you could learn to ask for you want. But I think that this is actually a, a really important skill to practice because that's how you're able to get the things that you want, you know, in life. And then you're learning how to resource yourself and how to, you know, give yourself these things.
You're completely right. Ordering at a restaurant is a great place to practice asking for what you want. And it's almost a little bit flirty because if you word it in such a way that they want to give it to you, they want to have the win and the success of making you happy. I love starting it with adding an M in front, right? You know what would be so delicious? If I could get the feta on the burger. Would that be possible? I love this. And you know, like, they're just looking at you like, oh yeah, feta would be good on that burger. Let me see what I can do. You're asking for what you want and you're asking in a way that the person gets to be successful at making you happy. And adding that mmm in there just like deepens it in your body because it's like you're imagining already how delicious that feta on the burger is going to be.
So the other thing I, I see when I see you is I see freedom, right? Like, because you're just free in your body and it's just a thing that just, it's very rare that you Meet someone that has that freedom, that you can see it. So do you have any kind of thoughts on that and how to. Because I feel like, in regards to doing the thing I feel like that's such an important thing is to just be able to give yourself that freedom, you know, to be who you are, what you are, and then that. That exudes.
Yeah. Freedom in your body is, I have to tell you, extremely dangerous to the, you know, trying to get you to buy everything culture. Because when you can look in the mirror and you can look at your body and you can say, I love you, I'm grateful for you, you're awesome, and I love how strong you are. Right. When you look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself love and appreciation, you carry yourself with greater confidence. Now, you don't have to have the quote unquote perfect body to love your body. In fact, the quote unquote perfect body is usually the result of Photoshop and airbrushing. But find gratitude. Start with gratitude and appreciate all that your body does for you. Appreciate the health that you have, appreciate the strength that you have. And, yeah, admire, because you're fucking gorgeous. You're gorgeous. And when you see that, when you can really see yourself as the amazing being that you are, you set yourself free. Free from needing all the things that all the commercials and all the magazines and all the everythings want to try to tell you that you're broken and that you need. You're free. When you come from a place of self love. Appreciating those stretch marks that you got by carrying that child. Appreciating that scar on your shoulder from your surgery that you had for your rotator cuff, but appreciating that you have the use of your arm. Appreciating that you're able to lift and carry your toddler around, that you're able to lift and carry your dog and take them to the vet. Appreciating your body for all of the amazing gifts it gives you every single day, and being proud of yourself from that place, you can't help but be free.
That's incredible. I just wish everyone could do that because that's like. I mean, instead of all the airbrush things that they show, there's a way to somehow integrate that into everything. It would be amazing.
We can start with ourselves, and as we love and appreciate ourselves more, we're less drawn to the airbrushed and the Photoshopped and we can then support the companies that are putting normal bodies. Dove did a great ad campaign a while back. Where they were doing real bodies. And it's a huge difference. We see ourselves in these. ThirdLove is a company that uses models of all shapes and sizes. And when we can see ourselves in the people being represented with the product, we're more likely to buy that product. So it takes time. It slowly changes. But in the meantime, we can, you know, quit beating ourselves up for being something that's not even actually physically possible.
Definitely. And then you said a good way to get started is just starting with gratitude and appreciating your own body.
Absolutely. Stand in the mirror. You know, stand in front of the mirror and gosh, start with one thing. What is one thing that you love about your body? Fantastic. Can you do another one? Great. Go for another one. Work your way up. For some people, you know, they've been hating themselves in their bodies for so, so long it can take some time. But if you can find just a couple of things each day to love and appreciate, you'll find it gets easier. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing that. I think that's really powerful. Let's say you have just one piece of advice for people on doing the thing. What would it be?
Do the thing that brings you pleasure. Pleasure brings you pleasure. Bring pleasure into your life. Do the pleasure thing. My advice is definitely just get started. Start small, if that's where you are, and build on it. Give yourself permission. I give you permission. Here is your permission slip. You have complete permission to spend 20 minutes every morning loving yourself completely. Not criticizing or judging or any of that stuff, just purely loving yourself. And you give yourself permission to do that.
That's really good advice. Really good. And then is there anything that I didn't ask you that you wish I asked you?
Well, I mean, we can always talk deeper about partnered sex, playing with different types of another point in time if you'd like. But just, I just invite everyone to play to keep in mind that. That this is fun, that our lives are. That we, you know, we're here and we should be having fun and we should be doing things that feel good. And if it doesn't feel good, speak up, shift, make an adjustment and find what feels good. Because life's too short to go around hating our bodies and having bad sex.
Oh, yeah. So how can people learn about you?
My website is Coach, the number four. And then the letters G, B, S, as in the grand banquet of sexuality. So Coach for gbs. That's the best way to get a hold of me. I have some information on there. There's a link to take the blueprint quiz. And then there's also a way to schedule a time with me to have a conversation to find out and discuss what your desires are and what you'd like to achieve in your sex life. I'd be happy to have that conversation with anyone.
Yeah. And I wanted to add the pleasure side too. Even for self pleasure too.
Absolutely. I I love coaching people on self pleasure practices. It's a great opportunity to just kind of explore and expand. I know. I do workshops too. I don't currently have any online workshops coming up. I'm going to be doing some in person workshops for the next couple of months, but when I do online ones, those will also be posted on my website.
Well, thank you so much Genesis. You are unbelievable and I am grateful that you were able to take the time to come on and talk to.
Thank you so much for having me, Stacy. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you last year and I love the way we continue to talk and chat. Being with you on this journey has been a ton of fun.
There was one more thing that that you just mentioned that made me think of this. For people that are kind of stuck in their ways and like not open minded about things like this and maybe they're listening, but not listening. What do you have to say to that?
Resistance. Our lovely ego loves to build up resistance for things that have the power to set us free and to frankly minimize the power of our ego has over us. So if you are feeling some resistance in this, I encourage you to get curious. Get curious and explore. What might that resistance be against? What old stories might that be coming from and what is it holding you back from having? Consider whether or not you want to work through those challenges and get to a place where you have more fulfilling, satisfying, hot, juicy sex, love, body, love pleasure.
Love it.
