Important Message For Freelancers and Entrepreneurs Facing Self-Doubt and Feeling Stuck 😞

Stefan Georgi delivers a short, conversational YouTube message encouraging freelancers and entrepreneurs not to let others or their past define them. He emphasizes that growth and the value one creates matter more than past mistakes, shares a brief personal anecdote about substance abuse in his early 20s to illustrate change, and closes with a call-to-action to engage with the channel.

Hey, what's up? It's Stefan here. I want to talk today about not letting other people define you and not letting your past define you. Because nobody does, right? If we look at all of us, even the greats, like the Elon Musk of the road, other people, like, everyone's made mistakes. Everyone's done dumb stuff. Everybody has been a person that they didn't like at some point in their life. And it's not how you start, it's how you finish. And not even how you finish. It's how you grow and evolve. Right? I mean, finishing is awesome. We all want to. The day we die, we want to have people saying that we made an impact in their lives, that we did good things, that we. Our life meant something, that, you know, we've created value for others, all those important things. But, you know, living is also a process. It's not static. And so when you have that person from high school or middle school or a family member or somebody else who just sort of looks at you in a certain way, it can be infuriating because you're like, I. I'm not that person anymore. I've changed. I've grown. Right? Like, and yet they may not understand that, but the important thing to remember is that you control the narrative. Nobody else controls it. You know? And I think that that's really valuable. So, like, for me, personally, my early 20s, I had a substance abuse issue. I. You know what I thought I was thinking about, like, if you think about, like, it's Valentine's Day when I'm filming this, and if you think about, like, a significant other, you know, if you were to dump somebody, then it really doesn't matter. For the most part, it doesn't matter who you are, what you do. That person's just not gonna like you forever, right? Cause they're hurt. If you've ever had to fire somebody, if you've ever, you know, just been crappy to somebody, it happens, man. And you can beat yourself up on it, but what does that ever do? What does that accomplish? Or you can just learn from those moments and grow as a human being and continue on in your path and just work on being better every day. And if you do that, then nobody else gets to say who you are. If you're a good person or a bad person or what. Like, you know, you're judged by the value you create in the world and the people who you impact, whether it's your kids or a spouse or you're in the public eye and you're teaching and training and coaching or what you do like, you know. So all I have to say is don't let. Don't let the past define you. Don't let others define you as well. Continue to grow and to evolve and there's always be those people who look at you in some certain way, but that is their issue. It's not your issue. It's because they're probably stuck too. That's probably the most important thing to think about, right? Like when somebody, somebody who looks at you, if they're still judging you and think of you as like a person in high school or middle school or whatever, that's because they still are that person. And that's sad, but you don't have to be that person. So that's all. I don't know. I feel like it's a simple message, but maybe something you need to hear today. If it is, leave a comment, let me know. Make sure that you hit. Like, make sure you're subscribed to my channel and I'll shoot another video soon.
