Pumping Out 60-Second UGC Ads in Under 7 Minutes (I Solved AI Video Ads)

Stefan Georgi demos VidGen, an AI tool that generates full 50-second UGC ads in under 7 minutes. A single prompt creates video with consistent characters, voice-over, captions, music, and overlays. CA Pro membership costs $5,000 a month and includes voice cloning and Meta ad integration.

Hey, what's up guys? So in this video I want to go through video generation, which we just launched on good old Stefan Georgi. If you know what Stefan Georgi is, it's my agentic marketing platform for my CA Pro members where we're solving marketing and doing it agentically and building this crazy suite of tools. And so everything from of course writing copy to copy chiefing to creating static ads. To doing CRO and funnel reviews, to now doing video generation too. And actually, it was kind of cool to just show you. For example, I gave it the Mars Men quiz. Literally goes through every single quiz step, uh, agenda, takes pictures. You have all that kind of stuff, gives you a breakdown, lets you know like where to optimize, what to improve. Um, you know, literally calls out the funnel and you can take that and do all kinds of cool— oh, by the way, you can also build like you know, like, uh, landers and listicles and avatorials and all of those good things. But today I wanna talk about video 'cause this is a super big one and an awesome one. I'm gonna do some videos live so you can kind of see what's up. Um, and I'll show you some example outputs here. So like I did this one last night, there's this whole bet with this guy about if we could do a video in, uh, you know, how quick it would take to do like a 1-minute UGC product demo video. And actually what I should do and what I will do is get like, I'd say let's, let's make one within 10 minutes. So in fact, let me start the timer and then I will show you some example outputs while we're going. So, uh, 10-minute timer. Okay, let's go ahead and do it. All right, it's already going. Perfect. So we'll keep an eye on this. It's up. You see it. I see it. Great. So let's say we wanna do another one for Wild Belly here, you know, let's say, create a 50-second UGC ad for @wildbelly. I have Wild Belly saved as a product in here. Don't focus on methylation. That's something that's part of the mechanism of it that I don't really like. It's a pet supplement, by the way. And gee, what else? Uh, do, do, do, do, do, do, do. I don't know. Uh, don't do too much direction. All right. So a little Stefan Georgi. Think about it. Write an ad. All that good stuff, right? So this will count for our 9 minutes. We'll see if we get there or not. Oh, there's our analytics. We can see so far today it's, uh, I guess I don't have the timer, but it's 6:58 AM. So already 39 users. And you can see over the last 7 days, 55 daily active users from Pro, uh, of 117 to business members and team members, uh, over half of them used in the last day. And we have more than 53 businesses in Pro, but of those who are like on Stefan Georgi and fully onboarded, 80% of them used in the last 7 days, 43% so far today. So cool stuff. Oh my gosh, the timer's going. Where am I? Whoop. All right. I have to talk about this. My dog's generally a different animal now. Bailey's 9, bald, scratching, shedding. I don't know why Bailey would be— I think Bailey's usually a guy. Bailey is usually a boy name. Let's change that. Um, focus on Paul, looking, and allergies primarily. So we'll be back to it. So we'll rewrite it. Um, so I know you're watching, you want to see the outputs. I should probably— I don't know if I should just lead with the outputs here, but we'll let little Stefan Georgi rewrite this here. Do, do, do, do, do, do, do. Okay. When I were Luna, I thought she would just make it about a guy or Stefan Georgi would make it about a guy, but didn't. That's okay. Da da da da da da da da. I was like, I don't really want these silly things. But it did it. All right, let's go over to VidGen. So we'll drop the link in here. Now, there is one prompt I've learned about from the past, and I've done a bunch of these for Wild Belly, which is anytime a dog of you is shown, basically keep it to be the same dog. So in this case, Luna, but let's say a 9-year-old Luna. Email, and let's make it a German Shepherd. Okay, and then what do we need? Well, we just need to do a product. So we go to our product images and product library. I have all of those saved. And let's pick a girl to start with. Oh, you know, actually I need to upload some. So, um, doo doo doo doo doo. Where is it? I've got just a bunch of sort of test images you see people I've been using this one girl a bunch, that girl. Let's do this girl. Sounds good to me. Starting image would be like, hey, if I wanted to make sure the frame is exactly that frame. I'll show you that in a second. I'm gonna go to 60 seconds and we keep all this stuff the same here. This enhances the prompt. Freeform. I could also do product demo. They're both good. But I think it'll be fine. And let's just hit generate so the timer is starts going, because I've already been— I may have 6 minutes left. I mean, I started doing the video now, so I don't think it's going to generate in 6 minutes. Maybe it won't be much longer. That might be 7 minutes, but let's just see where we get to. Now, while it's generating, let me show you, uh, some examples of what we were doing yesterday with it. So, um, this is going to be a similar one. What you can see here is with this one, I just use this girl, this here, it was a similar script. I just said, hey, anytime a dog is shown the video with a spokeswoman or in B-roll, make it the same golden retriever, a 5-year-old, right? So that was that one. And let's like check it out. I'll play it for you. You can see it here.
If your dog scratches nonstop, has weird poops, or smells bad no matter how much you bathe them, it's not allergies. It's their gut. And I know because I went through this exact thing with my dog Bailey. I spent almost $400 at the vet trying to figure out what was wrong.
So Stefan Georgii really likes the name Bailey, by the way.
With Bailey, prescription food, allergy meds, special shampoo, nothing worked. Then I read that 70% of a dog's immune system lives in their gut, and if their gut bacteria is out of whack, everything else falls apart. So I got this Wild Belly. It's a probiotic powder made just for dogs, 4 strains that rebalance their gut bacteria, which is the actual root cause of most of this stuff. One scoop on her food once a day. It's pumpkin flavored, so she actually gets excited when she hears the jar. Like, she comes comes running. 2 weeks in, the scratching stopped, her poops are normal— sorry, had to say it— coat's shinier, and honestly, she just seems happier, like her old self. It comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't work, you get every penny back. Link's right here, go grab a jar.
Okay, there you go, one minute. Now, of course, if you're like, yeah, but what about captions? What about overlays? We can definitely do all that. So you can see, here's the editor, here's the clips. I did upscale this after the fact But I could go do an overlay, right? For example, I could put an image or a video like in the corner, an image on top, whatever. You can do sound effects, music, right? Like, so, you know, like down tempo or sorry, I almost go like kind of like relaxed house music, low volume. Good tempo, start mid song, right? Turn on music for it while our other thing is, of course, loading. And by the way, one of the great things about Stefan Georgi in general is you could always open another tab and you could do multiple ones. So we'll go to clips here. These are still generating, so they're not there yet. 3 minutes left. But where were we? Um, okay, so let's hear the sound on this one. Oh, oh, what? Oh, oh man. So if I wanted that, I could literally just go add, have it here. I can adjust the volume. And then if we were going to do the same ad, if your dog scratches nonstop, has weird poops, or smells bad no matter—
if your dog scratches nonstop, has weird poops, or smells bad no matter how much you bathe them, it's not allergies, it's their gut. And I know because I went through this exact thing with my dog.
You know, just exactly that. Oh wait, I don't want it anymore. Okay, music's gone. And there's a whole library you can browse, captions, right? You can throw up some captions if you wanted to.
If your dog scratches nonstop, has weird poops, or smells bad no matter how much you bathe them, it's not allergies. It's their gut. And I know because I went through this exact thing with my dog Bailey.
And of course, I don't want captions. I could just sort of discard or delete them or whatever. It's gonna be, oh, captions are gone. Comment. If you were talking about something, right? Boo boo boo. You can do this. TikTok, blah blah blah. And of course, very important. Actually, sorry, delete the caption, the comment. I don't want the caption. And you can spread it out if you want the whole time, a little bit, whatever, right? But I'm gonna delete that too. Oh, sorry, discard. And the last one is text. So where does this come in handy? Like if I wanna be like, you know, you just see AI video, UGC video demo. You know what I mean? Oh, that's way too big. So no problem. Obviously there's an actual legal disclaimer you can put on it. We'll add that text and I can take it and, you know, whatever, drag it down here, make it bigger, have it be for the entire video, whatever it's going to be, right? So. That way I'm a compliant Cassandra over here, or whatever it would be. Um, but obviously we don't need that one except for the text. So let's cancel for now. I just want to show you that. Oh, by the way, wait, 1 minute left. Uh-oh. Which one? Close out for now, maybe. Well, I won't, because I want to show you some stuff. Where was it? Here. Okay. How's it going? Not yet. So we still chugging along on this. While we're waiting, I know, video's pretty great, right? Let me show you a few other things though. So for example, my buddy, Wi-Fi Money Guy, has got his viral builder thing and we showed him like video stuff and then he was like, oh look, I'm one-shotting videos, which this was a one-shot, right? And then I upscaled it. This was too, by the way. The reason I did this one is because it was a different dog, but also I forgot to do the prompt where it was like keep the same dog. Anyway. Viral Builder, my boy. Um, I basically just took— I used ChatGPT for this, took an image of him, uh, put in the logo of Stefan Georgi, and then I also created like a starting image, which was like a video game level type of thing. Uh, let me see, I'll go to my little library. You can see here, right? So it's basically Stefan Georgi chasing him. And so in this case, I'm like, this is like the starting screen. Now again, I didn't actually do the starting screen perfect for this, but I literally just said, hey, keep The video game frame setup, the starting image showed the video character of the black shirt is running and the brain is chasing it. It's like an old school Super Nintendo video game. The character in the black shirt is talking, but then the brain character catches him and whomps him. Not grossly violent, but fun video game style script. And there's a little script, right? And you can kind of see the output. I put it on X because we're having a little fun little battle there.
So I just pushed this one-shot video generation workflow live. It's so cool. Nobody else is even close to this level. And Oh no!
Ah!
Right. Wonderful. And another one, he had posted a— he posted this, like, basically a hero. We'll probably play. He had posted like, oh, you know, I built this custom agent, like I said, blah blah, and then he had a video. So what I wanted to do is, hey, let's make this video come to life and talk smacked my buddy. So that's what I did. And you can see it. I said, hey, starting image is a screenshot. Picture of the guy comes to life and starts talking. And this is a little script, right?
So it's like, yo man, this is really good. It's like almost Stefan Georgi good. You are doing solid work.
But also our time went up. So that was 10 minutes, by the way. So we'll see where we're at in a second.
It's about to get weird. We're basically rival gangs now. Like in a Greek tragedy. Just kidding, probably.
So that was it. I did a couple other versions. Let's come back over to, oh, look at that. So she looks like she's done. So geez, I mean, that was basically, how long did it take? 6 minutes, 6 and a half minutes. Is it good? Did she mess up? Pronunciation can be a pain. You can regenerate clips if it is. So I don't know, maybe she messed up and I'll be embarrassed in this video. That's okay though, 'cause I can regenerate it. But I've showed you a bunch of those with one shot. Everything I showed you so far was a one-shot prompt. You know, just prompt, do it, make it, whatever. Here's a German Shepherd. That's good. She's 9. So let's watch. And God, I hope— hopefully it's not awful because I have to redo this whole video or something. I don't know, but I'm sure it's not.
If your dog won't stop licking their paws, you have to hear this. I'm not exaggerating. This fixed it for us in like 3 weeks. This is Luna. She's 9. And for the last year, she's been licking her paws raw, like the obsessive, can't sleep through it, keeps me up at night kind of licking. Her ears smelled weird. She was scratching constantly. With chunks of fur on my couch. The vet basically shrugged and said allergies and sold me a $90 chew that did nothing. My groomer told me to try Wild Belly. It's a powder you scoop onto their food. Apparently the whole issue starts in their gut, which I had no idea about. 3 weeks later, she's not licking her paws at all. Her ears don't smell, coat is shinier, and she's actually sleeping through the night instead of gnawing on herself at 2:00 AM. I genuinely thought we were going to be dealing with this forever. And it was a scoop of powder. That's it. Links below, try it.
So obviously it's 50 seconds, which I said, so 7Brain did it right. So I probably just need to trim this, which I can do here. I'm curious what it did in the final 10 seconds.
Worst case, you get your money back. Seriously, if Luna's paws are any proof, just give it 3 weeks. You've got nothing to lose.
So it added a little bit for the filler.
Okay, so in this case, pretty good, but I'm Unfortunately, chunks of fur on my couch. The vet basically shrugged and said allergies and sold me a $90 chew that did nothing. My groomer told me to try Wild Belly. It's a powder you scoop onto their—
yeah, so let's see, apparently the whole— so I say, by the way, you can use the clip. So basically it'll be the same clip reference, blah blah blah. So it's good. Um, don't show— like, I'll say what current, current clip shows a image overlay with a random other product. Uh, need to remove— don't overlay unless it's the actual product, uh, image product. All right, so I regenerate. By the way, with variations, if I want to do a bunch of variations, if your dog won't stop licking their Like, I have to wait for this one to regenerate first, but—
Pause, you have to hear this. I'm not exaggerating this.
I could go in here and basically do a bunch of variations of it. And then the other thing I would probably do with this one is like regenerate the German Shepherd a bunch of times. I'm surprised it did it. It's pretty good for the character consistency, but it is AI, as I often tell people. So, well, that's regenerating. Let's do like another one real quick. I'm trying to think of like, oh, the other thing I've been trying to do, and I'll be honest with you, I haven't quite figured out the prompt for it yet. 'Cause a lot of these are really easy. This was good. This was like basically, oh, that was actually for a part of like what I did for Stefan Georgi. I think it was this one. No, that was another one like that. Oh yeah, I did a couple. Is this one good? Oh, this one was good, but she did, oh, this one was good, but.
Okay, if your dog is itching nonstop, paws, ears, all of it, listen up. It's not their skin, it's their gut. My vet told me and I had no idea. This is Wild Belly. It's a probiotic powder you sprinkle on their food. Tastes like real pumpkin. My dog actually runs to her bowl now. 14,000 dogs use it. Helps with itching, allergies, paw licking, all of it. Tap the link. Your dog will thank you.
Actually, I'm down about to send to the Wild Billy guy. Why not? And then this one was good, but I'm going to have to regen because you'll see. The point is, well, I'll show you real quick.
Okay. If your dog won't stop itching paws, ears, scratch—
I got the AI voice, but it was pretty good. The dog comes over, she gives it those two dogs. So it's not bad, but I guess sometimes you got regen. Like, these were cool. I think, like, you'll see, they're just different versions of it as well. Okay, I'm recording this video early in the morning. My daughter just came into my office, which is great. Love her. And she wanted to be in it. She can't show her face, but she's— this is the hand of my beautiful, wonderful daughter, and I love her. She's so sweet. She never slaps me. Ah, no, I don't know where you got my eye a little bit. But anyway, I'm going to stop here. She says bye. But yeah, so anyway, this isn't Stefan Georgi. How do you get Stefan Georgi? Well, if you are a business owner doing over $1 million a year, honestly, even half, basically look, Stefan Georgi is $5,000 a month. But like, you also get CA Pro, which is my mastermind where you get one-on-one calls with me, unlimited feedback from me, like mastermind access, like actual events. Like we're gonna go to Lake Como in September. I'm charging $15,000 a ticket. But if you're part of CA Pro, you get to go for free. Plus you can probably bring a business partner. Usually I do that even though my expenses go way up. You get like 7+ years of training and like weekly calls from training your team. By the way, your whole team also gets access to Stefan Georgi. Now the video thing, very important. You get 60, 6-0 minutes a month. It resets at the start of every month. So for example, my members now are getting it now and then it'll reset. That's, oh, cost me like over $1,000, right? That I'm just sort of taking out my margin for this. But that one you get, if you want more, you can just basically hook up your card and buy more minutes at cost, the same cost we have, plus like the Stripe fee, but we're not, there's not like a big markup to it. You can also assign minutes to anyone on your team. But for everything else on Stefan Georgi, your team gets like unlimited access. So you basically, Imagine like a Cloud Max subscription for your whole team, except for it's this incredible D2C tool that's getting more and more agentic. This is one that's, you know, sorry, this is more— it's regenerating the clip, by the way. So did it regenerate? No. So once this regenerates here, and if I have this one here, by the way, then it'll work. So I'll stop here so the video is not the world's longest video. But just so you can see, actually, when I said that, I'm going to show you one more fun thing I did. So I did— I stitched these together. Yesterday, but I want to show you just some more examples of it here where— see, it's kind of fun. I think it was this one, which got decent views. So look, this is the same girl. Well, sorry, one of the girls I've used before.
But okay, so Stefan Georgi, video generation.
And what I want you to see here is that it's not just her. So it's just a different style.
Real quick, results are totally insane. You can make UGC style videos like me. And in addition to 15, 30, 45, and 1 minute ads, you can also pump out hundreds of video hooks for those new ads or existing ads in an hour or two.
By the way, I probably should have switched to a different style faster because it goes for another 15 seconds and then it switches to Claymation, then it's animated, then it goes back to her. So I'll kind of skip ahead for a second so you can see this here.
Yeah, but they're like per year and you want to try it, go to StefanGeorgi.com/trial to request a 72-hour trial. Seriously, go check it out. No, seriously, you should try this. Because the whole UCG style ad thing is just a UGC, but that's just part of it. You can also make claymation style ads too, like this one, or you can make more cartoon style ads like this one. And you can of course add in other characters too.
Those are one-shot prompts, by the way. I just literally said like, have her sitting there, a wild belly golden retriever comes up, she pets it and goes back.
Or you can add in your products. And of course you can add captions, trim videos.
So you get the point. That was pretty cool. And actually let me show you one last thing, which is the claymation. Is this one I was regenerating? Um, I don't know what this is. Wait, I'm gonna go to my dev one. There it is. This is like, I'm trying to get this claymation down and the prompt is hard. It's like, it'll like screw up one part of it, but I'm getting close. Was it this one? It's pretty close though. It was funny because the first one I did, I regenerated a clip or two because they mispronounced probiotics. Check this out real quick.
I can't stop itching my paws, my ears, my belly. It's driving me barking mad. My human keeps buying me creams, sprees, sprays, fancy food. Nothing works. I'm losing my mind. Dave, bro, you've got a gut problem, not a skin problem. A what problem? Tell your human to get you Wild Belly. It's this probiotic powder you sprinkle on your food, and get this, it actually tastes amazing. Like real pumpkin. I lick the bowl clean every single time.
Wait, it tastes good?
Because I usually spit out anything healthy. Every dog at this park is obsessed with it. Ask Biscuit.
Ask Moose.
Ask that weird poodle over there. Helps with itchy skin, paw licking, allergies, even stinky farts. 14,000 dogs swear by it. Does it really work? Their humans do. We just eat it. Well, look at my coat, Kevin. Look at it. Hey, human, if you're watching this, tap the link. Get me Wild Belly. We're both gonna be so happy you did.
So sped up a bit in that third, uh, clip, you know, I don't know why, but obviously an editor in post-production can slow it down a tad. Um, but yeah, it's pretty cool. So I've been trying to do— keeping like so almost awesome. I don't know, this one like was a weird start. Yeah, that one's screwy. So anyway, this is when we had an issue. Oh dude, one more thing, let me show you guys too. Oh my God, keep going. This was like my friend originally, like, so the starting frame thing, like he sent me a, uh, thing from TikTok and it was like the girl like this with a caption over it and I basically was like Hey, do this with no captions on screen. And this is the script he gave it. And it was like, um, prompt was like an Awala water bottle. So I literally just do like her as the starting image. You can see I had the caption on originally. It didn't have this here. This kind of did after the fact. And here's the water bottle, right? Um, oh, but let me show you this too, because it's pretty crazy. This is just one prompt as well. Um, oh, we're adding voice cloning so I can do videos of me. Or you can give it as a view, or your spokesperson, or whatever.
But you guys see the new freaking Owola collection, like this summer one? There's a bottle that has like little fruits, like a watermelon and stuff. Oh my gosh, they're so freaking cute. They're selling out so quick, and almost all of them sold out already. So I think I'm gonna get the fruit one. But just letting you guys know, look at the freaking collection. It's so cute.
So pretty sick. And again, what would you do? 7brain.com/trial. Go click here to apply. I asked for CA Pro. Sorry, I should go here. Email for trial. It'll pop up an email, but just tell me about you, your business, stuff like that. Because again, there's real cost on the trial account. 72 hours gives you 10 minutes of generation currently, which is actually a good amount. It's like, uh, You know, you could do, so if you did a minute-long video plus 12 5-second clips, that's only 2 minutes out of the 10, right? And by the way, if you do the 5-second clips, I should have shared that too. But like basically, you wanna do a bunch of like little hooks, 4-second clips, right? I would start with that, by the way, on a trial, and then I would go to bigger ones. So I keep going longer than I said I'm going to. I'm leaving. Hopefully you see how dope this is. Super exciting. Next step is really identifying all this more, and then the data layer, we're doing meta ad integrations. Tomorrow they go, actually, sorry, today they go live where people create video ads or caption ads. You can push them directly into Meta, which have a whole Meta platform. And then we're doing more and more of the data, adding integrations, stuff like that. So like, for example, connectors, you can do like, you know, all these connectors and Stefan Georgi becomes even more useful. So lots of cool things happening. All right. Thanks for checking it out. Bye.
