Some of the big telltale signs that you're self sabotaging is where you know what you need to do, but you're not doing it. Like you know that there's an action you need to take in your life and business, but for whatever reason you're putting it off. Like, is it because you're fearing failure? You're worried about rejection? You are getting so caught up in anxiety and problems. It's always recognizing why you've got that internal resistance. Because a lot of this is down to how your subconscious mind is programmed and your brain wanting to keep you where you are. And it's always recognizing that every new level of success is going to require a new level of thinking. Until you change the thoughts and the mental barriers in your head, you're going to stay stuck. So that's always the advice I give to people. It's just developing that awareness of why are you feeling stuck right now? Why are you not following through? Why are you procrastinating or just feeling like something's missing. Like that in itself where you just keep getting in your own way and you know that you're the one who's causing problems. That's a red flag that something's going on that you need to address.
