I noticed a dramatic difference in Tonya when she came back from being coached by Steven. And I wanted to know more about what was going on. And she poured her life into me and shared with me the principles that she was learning through Steven. And wow. I mean, it's electric. It has just absolutely lit up our business. And I believe that it's caused people to want more, to want change, and to do everything that we can to help better the business.
I met Steven at a connect group that he was having at his home. We go to the same church. And so by hearing him speak to other people about his life story and his business story, I knew I got an idea then that he did coaching. And so I got to know him, his heart, during that process, and I knew that he was a person that I would enjoy learning from. I believe in what Stephen's doing. I believe he's the real deal. I really believe that he is inspired by God, that he walks the walk and talks the talk. Stephen has proven himself not only through the journey, principles, and reading that and really connecting with what he has been through, but just being real and personable and coming to our company and sharing these principles with us. And I believe that it does start with the why. And the why being, for me anyway, is God's principles and God's plan.

One of the scriptures that I use for me in my business is to seek the kingdom of God above all else and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. I believe that to be a personal statement for my life as well as the business, because as long as I'm seeking him first and through Steven's coaching, he is helping me and our staff to build core values that are going to be based in truth and to build a foundation that is so solid as a rock that we can stand on.
