Be feminine be graceful be smart be powerful but it doesn't mean you need to raise your voice I learned that early on but I think understanding women and men if they try and understand where the other one is coming from or maybe where you know the general guys are pre wired to think this way girls are pre wired to think that way it's not a personal thing but it really is take a minute and understand where might they be coming from once you get that foundation laid out you can just charge ahead and get over it because we all have the same brains we all have the same ability to skyrocket it's just that understanding to say look it's not his fault this is the way he's wired this is the way he's thinking and this is the way he approaches problems and this is the way she may don't make her be just like the guy and don't make a guy just like a girl you know we can all coexist just take a breath right.
