I was asked how do I quickly grow my company? I said, stop scaling dysfunction.
This general that we're bringing to the stage, from homelessness to $100 million, he's a giant in his own right. He's the visionary of Level Up Live. He's founder of Skoggins International.
Would you please put your hands together for my main man, Steven Scoggins.
I feel I have a respons ability to teach others what it takes to live the life they've always wanted to live. Steven Scoggins is a serial nine figure entrepreneur, best selling author and founder of Unstoppable Solutions. When I look at businesses in general, they have to have three main things. They have to have a heart of service, they have to have a heart of humility, and they have to have a desire to multiply. Every great leader I've had with my companies have all had all those three, but they all wanted to multiply. You know when you meet someone and you're like, that's a good one. That's how I felt when I met you. Named by USA Today and the Wall Street Times as one of the fastest growing entrepreneurs in 2023, 48 million podcast views and mentored thousands through his Unstoppable Entrepreneur program. If you are going to succeed and or fail in business, it will be a principle that guides you there. I believe that the greatest move of God won't be in a church building, won't be in an arena, it'll be in the marketplace. You see, how you treat people in your business is a direct illustration of who Jesus is to the person in your business. Do you pick them up when they're going through a tough time? Your team's going through a tough time just like you are, but you're so focused on you, you can't focus on a bigger vision. What if Jesus acted like that? Where would you be? You cannot stay in transformation if you're stuck in the past. If you don't pick your feet up and move, you are not going to move forward. You should be asking yourself, what's my next book I need to read? What thought leader I need to follow? Where's my mentorship coming from? Because I got news for you. No matter how much money you make, no matter how successful you think you are, you have blind spots. Spots. I still have blind spots. I've done my best to talk about my blind spots on stage in front of you to let you know it's okay to talk about your blind spots and it's okay to want to work on those blind spots you see in one part line and one part lamb. It's not another motivational talk. It's a proven framework that fuses decisive leadership with radical authenticity and a deep emotional intelligence. The world doesn't need another leader who simply wars. It needs a leader who can listen, adapt, and connect at a human level while still driving extraordinary results.
Stephen is the king of unstoppable. It's because he has integrity. It's because he has the biggest heart. It's because he cares. And when I say I love this man, it's because of who he is and how he serves. And he will not let you fail.
Working with Steven has been a game changer for me so far. We have already created a strategy, a plan, a brand, a backend, all of the things that have to get started in order for me to grow. And I'm already starting to see fruit of the labor. And there's this expression, we're not meant to do this alone. This journey with Steven and his team has been a game changer. I'm so grateful to be working with him, to have him be my advisor, my coach, his whole team.
I wanted to serve people, and I think a part of me had a dad of self. A little bit of, you know, a little bit of, all right, what do you. Why do you really want to do this? Do you really want to do this for the service of others? Or are you just saying that and not really meaning it? Good, Steven. Which is authenticity. And I find that I'm not the only one that's faced that. All of us face that, you know, and every day. I used to think that being present or holding space for people meant I took on whatever they. Whatever they had going on in their life, the emotions, the what, the trauma, all of that. And I realized, no, you can be present and hold space for someone who's going through a difficult time. And that presence alone can be a healing factor God can use to work through somebody. Let's say you're an entrepreneur and you're building a business, or at least you want to build a business. One week you're focused on accounting. One week you're focused on sales. One week you're focused on team member issues. One week you're focused on fulfillment, but you're constantly putting out fires because there's no process here. There's no process there. There's no process here. There's no process here. How focus actually works is the same place over and over again that is unstoppable. If I go to the core. The core of the matter of how I was able to build a business. And it's not because I'm special, guys. I have a ged. That is the extent of my scholastic education. What I did have is I had immense resilience. And I can promise you there have been thousands of times where I wanted to give up. But God used a trash pile on a construction site and a willing heart to develop an incredibly large organization. I just exited last year and if I could inspire one of you guys, just one of you guys not to give up on your dream, your ambition, your business, and instead give you practical steps to build it that the marketplace just really isn't really sharing, then we can do some really cool stuff in the world. If you can learn to be one part line and one part lamb in all you do, there's not a single gate of hell that can touch you.
If you are thinking about having someone take you as a thought leader to the next level, this is a no brainer. This is literally a no brainer. It is worth every penny. And I couldn't recommend him and his team more.
Who do you want to become? Because if you don't, you will always be the same person you are right now. Be the one. Be the one that changes your family tree. Be the one that changes the marketplace. Be the one that builds a better business with better people because they care about what they're doing. Be the freaking one.
