Get out of DEBT 💸 #business #success #entrepreneur #motivation #businesscoach

I've been a business owner for 25 years. To be honest, I've only been making money for about 15 of those. Of those 25 where I actually had excess to go do other things or invest. All before that time, it was all about getting myself out of debt. So I took all my income that wasn't livable income and I threw it at the debt for as long as I possibly could to get the debt down. After I got the debt down, I had more cash because I had more margin, because the money I was spending on debt now became cash. Once I had the cash, now I've got something I can use as a tool again. It's ratios. When it comes down to owning a home, 20% of your income, no more. If you can't, if it's. If it's outside of that ratio, stop, wait, be patient. It's the same thing. Money is all about ratios. And if you don't have the ratios right, you're not going to have the margin in the money that you have, right? To set you up for a future.
