We go in the house, realtor shows us around, and then he gives us a few minutes as a family to talk amongst ourselves. And, you know, we're as a family talking, and I'm like, oh, got an idea. So the old me, the before me, would have said, son, here's an iPad, there's a couch over there, knock your socks off and play until the big people are done talking. And I'm sure he would have had a blast doing that. But nope, this is the new me. Son, you're going to make the offer to the realtor. And I coached him a little bit. I said, tell him we're going to close in 30 days, leave the furniture, leave the dock, because this is a lake house Airbnb. Now go tell the realtor. And he looks at me like, Why am I doing this? I might just go. Times of the S. And he looks up and he's like, hey, we're gonna close in 30 days, leave the dock. And the realtor like looks at me and is just like, what the heck am I hearing? Is that the offer? And I'm like, hey, whippersnapper spoke. That's the offer. And we got the house. And I love thinking about that from a legacy perspective, because one day he's gonna be like, you know, with his kids, like, hey, Grandpa used to take me to make deals. You kids are gonna do it too.
