When I sold my company, I was living in Utah for about a year and a half. I got to the end of that timeframe, that year and a half timeframe. On paper, I had everything that everybody— I'll say everybody— a tremendous amount of Americans strive for, right? Financial independence, quality relationships. When I say quality, I mean people that are very successful go through that journey. And then I realized at one point in time, I was more unhappy having all of that stuff than I was when I was homeless. Wow.
