And one of the things that I think you'll probably learn when we start talking about what people look for when they're looking to buy businesses, they're looking for a freaking machine. They don't want to buy something they gotta fix. And to be honest, you don't want to sell something you they gotta fix because it ain't gonna help. You may as well just fix it now, be done with it, and have the highest value you can. If you know it's broken, fix it.
