It’s Time To Put Your FAITH To Work! | Judy Weber

A recorded conversation (Nov 29, 2023) between host Stephen Scoggins and Judy Weber about integrating Christian faith into entrepreneurship. Weber argues that "playing small" is sinful, teaches a Faith-Fueled Thought Model (adapted from Brooke Castillo) to identify and replace limiting thoughts with scripture-based truth, and connects faith-led identity to greater business profitability and impact. The discussion includes practical advice for women entrepreneurs (right offer, joy-infused marketing, inviting clients), challenges like mindset and juggling responsibilities (including single motherhood), community importance, and plugs for Weber's podcast, free five-day workshop, and an upcoming book (due fall 2024).
Chapters
Faith based is full of hope, but faith fueled is the miraculous realized. We are called to do the miraculous in Christ. All of these miracles, you know, from the first one at the wedding, Christ didn't need those people to fill those urns with water. He so graciously said go fill them with water so they could be a part of it. If you are playing small, if you are allowing your fear or your doubt or your uncertainty or all this head junk to, to stop you, you need to really fully embrace who you are in Christ and pursue that impossible.
The one thing that I absolutely love is that you've done the tactical like behaviors, you've done the strategical thought and you've also figured out that a faith driven business is the most profitable business, which I don't think enough people are putting enough faith into their faith components, their God centered life into their business. Almost like that's the one area they don't got into for some reason. So talk to me a little bit about why, why the massive shift, how you realize that the ultimate profitability is tied to that faith driven business and kind of like walk me through that scenario a little bit.
All right. First, I do want to say that I think you're wrong in what you just said.
Okay.
It's a sad thing. I believe that as lovers of Jesus Christ and we're doing his work, that we have the potential to do crazy things, amazing, huge things. Right. I'm on mission. We just talked about this to normalize miraculous results for me, specifically for Christian women. That's what I'm called to. I've always been a women's advocate. And so we should be the most impactful, profitable entrepreneurs on the planet. But what I find is, especially as it relates to women, that as you said, we don't see it. And so we're not the most profitable and we're not the most impactful. And if I may, I want to refer back to the parable of the talents because what I'm going to say may trigger some. But I believe that that parable teaches us because I believe God told me that playing small is a sin. Yeah, because what did the master, right, God in that parable, what did he say to the one who buried his talent?
Referred to him as wicked as I recall.
Wicked lazy.
Just for the, for the sake of the audience. Because we got about 50% of our audience is absolutely Jesus disciples or followers. And the other half, 50% are what I call Jesus. Curious. I may not have heard the talent story. Let's maybe do a Quick overview of the talent story so they can kind of follow along.
Sure, absolutely. So it's a. It's a parable that Jesus told. And there was a master, and he had given talents to different servants. One he gave to one he gave one, to, another he gave three to another five. So I don't even know. I'll be honest, Steve. I don't even know what the talents are. Is it a rock? Is it a piece of gold? I don't know what it is.
We'll call it a denarii. Just for fun, we'll call it a dollar. So. So. So it equals people's level of understanding.
Yeah. And so he gave the 1, the 3, and the 5, and then he left for a time. And when he came back, it was time for the servants to report what they had done with those talents that they were.
They were given.
And the one that was given five, he reached. He gave the five plus five more. So he multiplied it.
Yeah.
And the master said, well done, good and faithful servant. Same thing with the one given three, he produced three more. So he doubled it, but the one he said, I was afraid I would lose it, and so I buried it. And the master said, go away from me, you wicked slothful, in the King James Version, you lazy servant. And so for me, it's like, wait a minute. I know even for myself, because I was raised poor, came from nothing. I just had Jesus in love, which is really all we need, right? Amen. But I was playing small. I didn't think people like me, poor folk, could go to college, let alone law school, let alone be an entrepreneur. And so I think a lot of us, and I don't know if we were taught wrong from the pulpit or if we just understood it wrong, that it's not money, the root of all evil, it's the love of it. And so for all these things, we get confused as Christians. Ooh, is it okay for me to be ambitious? Is that selfish ambition? So, you know, all that goes back to the point that we have these, I think, thought errors, and I think they are lies of the enemy at twisting a deception. Yes, sure. And what God really has for us.
No, I think. I think that's spot on. In fact, I would tell you that one of the number one things I think any entrepreneur actually faces is the. It's not that I wanted me to use the word fear, but fear is the. What's most commonly used. Fear of success and fear of failure. Okay. I can tell you that when I was growing up in A Southern Baptist kind of environment.
From the pulpit or from even my household or the impoverished upbringing that I had, if you will, that money was evil. And if you. If you sought money, if you sought to build a life of wealth or whatever, that you were evil. However, I realized that my parental role models were constantly borrowing money from wealthy people who had good hearts and good generosity and stuff like that. So I always had that weird dichotomy in the back of my head, like, is it evil? Is it not evil? I don't like, kind of deal. And then the second thing that I. That threw me off for a while is when Jesus is actually talking in the scripture about, you know, it's harder for a rich man to go to heaven than the eye through a needle. And I'm. It's like, well, I would much rather go to heaven than make a bazillion dollars. But at the same time, Lord, I would like to do some really cool stuff on the earth, like, you know, so maybe those two scriptures between the talent, because the talent is all about compounding, right? It's all about, you know, compounding your time, your. Your talent and your resources, like turning the one into multiple. He's a multiplication. He's always been a multiplication. God, I have five fish, two loaves, and turns it into 5,000 plus, right? So clearly he's in the multiplication. He loves that kind of thing. But yet when Jesus said that, like, I know for me, it threw me for a loop for a good five or six years. So maybe, maybe, maybe let the Spirit talk to you a little bit and talk to me a little bit about kind of, what do you think Jesus was actually trying to help us understand?
I do believe that when we get comfortable, when we have the dollars, we live in the nice house that we thought we never would, and we have nice things there. I know with my clients, there's, like, guilt there. Like, do I really deserve this? And we all deserve death. Okay? So we know that. So there is, like, this place you have to come to to understand who better than Christians to be rich. Like, first we have rich in our relationship with Christ, rich in our relationship in service of others. But when we have the money, what do we do with it? We tithe. We serve, right? And so who better than us? Because if it's. If it's not those that are thinking of the Lord God Almighty and others, then what are they going to do with their money? Yeah, both things that we see out there. So I. I think it. It's one of those things where to me, Stephen, and I still grapple with this too. I'll be very honest. It's not one and understanding and confidence in, in what I'm saying here, but it's more belief than not belief. And that's what the centurion said. Lord, I believe. Help my unbelief. But it's, it really has to come with a personal, you know, talking to, with the Lord over time. Lord, help me really understand what is really not understandable by the human finite mind. But I think when we have too much, we can start to think it was us and we. That it's all provision of the Lord.
Yeah, no, I love that a lot. I think, I think it's spot on. You know, when you're. One of the things that I've, I've come to be the realization of you kind of touched on it is if I'm successful with monetary wealth because I. Because of my love for God and because of my love for his people, because of my love for those that are, you know, the widowed, if you will, the impoverished or whatever, because that was part of my story. Like I wasn't a widow, of course, but impoverished, that kind of thing, right? Because of the heart. When the money comes to me, historically, I do really good things with it as an act of. Not even obedience or tithing, just an act of love. It's like I've been rewarded with an abundance, therefore I want to be a, a product or a conduit of overflow. Right? And one of the things that I'm seeing is that, you know, historically money is more of what you are. It just makes you more of what you already are. You know, so if you have a generous spirit and that generous component to you, then you're gonna, you're gonna be a giver by nature, right? If you're someone who is really searching for ego and identity and really hasn't kind of broken free from that, that scenario, then you're obviously, you're obviously going to get yourself into. To a pickle, right? But in the, in the terms of entrepreneurship specifically, the reason I wanted to bring that up is because I find that that particular mindset is a defining characteristics characteristic between a successful entrepreneur and an unsuccessful entrepreneur. A successful entrepreneur figures out a way to break through those, those limiting beliefs into realizing that abundance actually creates an overflow. Whereas unsuccessful entrepreneur historically is going to maybe make a bunch and lose it all or let that belief that they're not, they're not worthy of an abundance or worthy of a blessing kind of stuff. Kind of steward them away from that. And one of the things that I heard one of your master classes is that only 2% of women ever actually break through the seven figure ceiling. So that's why I figured I wanted to start with the mindset piece because I want to. I want that number to shoot up to 10 or 15 or 20 or 30%. You know, my buddy of mine, Sean Bowles, who's a kind of thought leader, he was a pastor for a while, as well as a prophetic voice, he did a study where he had. It was a study that was done probably in 2019 that discovered there's enough wealth in the Christian community to solve basically the world's problems. So we've been going to God saying, please, God, give us the this and whatever and da, da, da, da. And real. And he's like, I've already given you everything you need. Like put. Put to work what I've given you. You know, you don't need the extra yacht. Like, go feed some people, you know.
Yeah, yeah. You know, it's so funny. There's so many things I want to say about this. First of all, managing our minds, which in my mind, the way I look at that is we need to be very discerning as Christians, but also, especially as entrepreneurs, to understand the truth of God, the truth of his word, and the lie of the enemy. Because as we step out and fully embrace who God made us to be and really live into our purpose, the enemy's gonna hate every. Everything about it. And he's going to throw those fiery darts and he's going to. He's going to be the one whispering, him and his minions. You're not enough. You're not worthy. Who do you think you are? Shut up and sit down. And so we really have to be discerning. And that's why I've developed, by God's grace, what I call the faith fueled thought model, where we're really looking and holding captive every thought that comes into our brain. That's the first thing. Second thing, I'm all about living your faith in your business.
Yeah.
We've got to operate not in the natural, Stephen, but in the supernatural. So we have to be ever mindful and our eyes ever focused on the Lord.
Yeah.
And it's kind of like acting in a way and being bold in a way that outside of him, we just couldn't be. Like, today I. Real quick. Today I did a reel, I woke up and I had this thought, and I know it was of the Lord. Is it Easier to believe in Jesus Christ as Lord than it is to believe him, meaning take him at his word with his promises that, you know, with you as a human, even though you think you got a lot going on, you know, it's impossible, but with me, the Lord God, nothing is impossible. And so, I don't know. That's very convicting question, isn't it?
Yeah, it absolutely is not, for sure. Well, I think that goes. That ties into, you know, your. Your upcoming work, you know, Pursue the impossible. I don't find that a lot of entrepreneurs are trying to pursue the impossible. They're trying to pursue the comfortable, you know, they're trying to get to that place where, okay, my family's okay, and we're good, you know, but they're. But they do have, in many cases, a problem with having an abundant overflow, you know, to kind of take it to the marketplace. So talk to me a little about why maybe pursuing. Pursuing the impossible is such a core calling in your life or on your entrepreneurial journey, why it's so important to you.
Great. Every breakthrough I've ever had in my life, and especially in my business, came from a direct download from the Lord.
Yeah.
And as I was. I mean, I feel like I have 10 books, like you probably do. On the ninth stage, we can only.
Do one at a time, you know.
Right. And one is called the underlived life. That's another thing I think that we live under lived lives. But. But on this one, as. As I was looking retrospectively back at my life, I mentioned I come from nothing. Dad was a factory worker, mom stayed home. I went on to college, law school, got the great job, whatever. Right. Did a lot of things that people like me normally don't do. And so what God told Jude, you have been pursuing the impossible in me. And I'll be honest, I didn't really. I was raised in the church, but I feel like I really came to him in the midst of a divorce in my late 30s, early 40s. So I don't even know if I would have died before then, if I would have been saved, which is a very, very, very scary realization. But hallelujah. I feel very confident that I'm saved now. But. But pursue the impossible was what I felt like. God saying, this is what you've done. You need to tell others about it, about the fact that, again, believe when I say nothing is impossible with me. So that's. That's kind of where it began.
No, I love that. And it. Even with the. The Faith Fuel model, too. I think I really feel like what the entrepreneurship area is missing right now is enough people talking about their faith, and I'm starting to see a shift in that. You know, one of our mutual, mutual friends, Rory Vaden and his wife AJ have been talking a lot more about their faith on social and whatnot. You know, and that I like, because it's starting to awaken other people, is like, oh, I can talk. I. Oh, I can. I can use. I can say Jesus. Oh my gosh. You know, you know what I'm saying? It's like, it's. It's just a really cool thing because, you know, obviously the last few years has been kind of difficult, if you were a believer, to put yourself really far out there. Talk to me a little about how the faith fuel model changes someone's belief system and then ultimately their overall profitability.
Yeah, well, the faith fueled thought model is an adaptation of Brooke Castillo's model, and she is the owner of the Life Coach School. But as I had kind of been grappling with that, I said, if there's any truth in it, I know it comes from the Lord. So the concept generally is you look at a circumstance which is neutral, like your business or like the dollar's revenue goal, whatever it might be, and the circumstance is neutral. It's not good or bad. It just is until you have a thought attached to it. So if you have a revenue goal of 500,000 and your thought is, I'll never get there. Whoa, that's not a good thought.
It's going to make you feel a certain way. Right. So we have circumstance, thought, and then a feeling. Okay. And then from that feeling, we're either going to take action or not take action. Right. And then all that's going to lead to your results. But the results really always point back to your thoughts.
Yeah.
And so I have a, a process, a protocol to really examine those thoughts and identify whether they are of the Lord or of the enemy. And if they're of the enemy, I have like a biblically based protocol after that to say, wait a minute, even if you believe what you've already identified is a lie, how do you bring that back? And so it's not a reframe. A lot of people talk about you got to reframe. I don't use that. I don't want to reframe a lie. I want to reject it, and I'm going to replace it with God's truth. And so briefly, what you do is you look at what scripture says. Generally all of God's exceedingly great and wonderful promises to all of us. That's number one. Number two, you go to say, what did God tell me personally about this goal or about my business, whatever that circumstance is. And then finally, by the way, that's all in the supernatural, right? With the Lord. But then the third thing is in the natural. But you look at it from a godly perspective, what evidence do I have that my thought is wrong? Like I've, I have a track record of success. God's always come through for me. I'm smart, I can do this, you know, so, so that generally is like an overview of my faith fueled thought model. So that you replace that lie with the truth of God's word and then operate in the supernatural from there.
What seems like a key component is just being more aware, you know, almost like bringing the subconscious to the conscious on a consistent basis. And I, it's one of the things that I, that I remember Jesus talking a lot about. You know, he's consistently using parables, the heaven, the kingdom of heaven is like. And every time he would say the kingdom of heaven is like, he was trying to shift a perspective. Like he was trying to use contrast to showcase maybe where we were kind of getting it wrong, so to speak. And I know that you've, you've helped countless women already become uber successful in business.
Out of that because you've been so successful with other women and helping them become uber successful in their own right. What are some of the key things that you see that women face specifically that challenge them to become their most successful entrepreneurship self as well as a well rounded, well rounded woman.
Wow, such a loaded question. I could talk for three hours on this. Just generally, first of all, depending on where the woman is in her life.
She may have like lots of hats on. When I first started my business, I had just left the private practice of law. I had three boys, seven, five and three, or somewhere around there. And I launched a business as an interior decorator. I had no certification, zero training. I just love decorating. And I watched HGTV like crazy, you know, so I just think the, the having so many responsibilities and being able to juggle them all, that's one. Number two, no matter where you are in your journey and what you've done in your life and, and what age you are, entrepreneurship is a bunch of skills, CEO skill sets that you have to learn. And so, you know, the transition that I find and I love working with smart women like former corporate people or professionals, right. And so they've Had a track record of success and they think they're just going to plug right into entrepreneurship and it's going to be, hey, I'm smart, I've always gotten straight A's or whatever, I've always done well. But you're laughing because you know. Right. That's not how it works. You have to get number one, your mind. Right. And you have to be not kind of at the same time realistic, but yet as I'm saying, you pursue that. Impossible. So there's kind of a straddle there. So I think there is a realization and sometimes it can take weeks, months and unfortunately sometimes years for you to understand that. There's your expertise, service, but you have another skill set you have to learn marketing, the sales and all of that. And finally, when it comes to women, I think we're just so self deprecating.
Yeah.
And I firmly, I have a lot of firm beliefs here, Steve. But one of them I think is that God set us up to fail without him. I believe that a marriage can't work really without him because men think this way, women think this way. But as far as women, I believe that we're so darn hard on ourselves.
Yeah.
And speaking as a woman and working with hundreds and impacting thousands, I could tell you we look at others and so easily see their awesomeness.
Yeah.
And somehow we miss it in ourselves.
Yeah.
And so there's the I'm not worthy enough, I'm too fat, I'm too skinny, I'm too old, I'm too young, I whatever, you know, so there's a whole lot of mind junk. I think women carry that. I think men don't. At least not to that same degree.
Yeah. Well, the other thing too is I was thinking of too. So I've got a, a close friend of mine who's, she currently has three children herself. Amazing human being. One of the strongest women I've ever met in my entire life. Truly admire her from a, from afar. I mean she's, she's an incredible person and she's been talking a lot about recently about wanting to start a business. And ironically she likes interior design, she likes web design and she's also had a past track record of doing some modeling in LA and some, some brief acting, some other stuff. And it's funny that you mentioned some of the, the limiting beliefs because when we're chatting about life in general, she talks a little about some of the limiting beliefs. And part of one of the things that I've, I've been working, chatting with her on specifically is like, okay, well is that true? And then using the kind of like, where's the evidence to support it? Right? And on top of that, it's like, is this really going to help you ultimately do the things you want to do? You know, and, and one of the things I think we've stumbled into is this. Are you speaking your truth? Are you really talking to yourself in a healthy way? And I think this, I think this is male and female. Like, I think we all talk garbage to ourselves more, more times than not. You know, it's like you would never tell. You never tell you would never tell someone you. Well, you never tell someone close to you that they're all of these things, but you say them to yourself in your head or in front of a mirror, like all the time. So let's, let's, let's use her as an example of when is the right time to start a business? How does she maybe and I'm going to give you a bunch of things, kind of talking points. When's the right time to start a business? How to know what business you should start. Like, how do you know what, like really what you're called to do and then really what you should be measuring yourself by maybe the first 12 to 18 months.
Okay, so good. I'm going to start with the middle one because I was going to address that. You know, your friend is an example of so many women virtual. Every woman I know. And that is their, their multi passionate. They're good at lots of things, so sometimes it's hard to choose the one.
Yeah.
What can I do? Am I going to do interior design? Am I going to do sales? Am I going to do modeling? Am I going to do, you know, agency work, whatever. And so how do I know what calling that takes? You know, that personal time with the Lord, which I'll be the first to admit. My favorite time of the week is church, because that is when I praise the Lord. I love to sing and raise my hands and go crazy. And that's the time when I dedicate to slow down. Okay, think again. I work with women, so I know women best. But we don't slow down.
No.
And so we just again rely on ourselves instead of saying lord, hello, looking up, what is it for me? You know, I can do all these things, but what do you have for me? So I think that's a mistake when we go too quickly on the this is what I'm doing. But then again, see, this is fine line, Steve, because when you say what is the right time. I will tell you this. When God says, go, go, and you don't have to have all the answers figured out. And if you feel strongly that he's saying, go this way.
Go that way, and understand that if later you realize, oh, I misheard him or whatever, you can always kind of change it. Like, like this, all or nothing. Kind of thinking, I'm either going to get it all right or I'm going to get it all wrong. And what I found is that, you know, there are twists and turns in life. God's taking us on a journey.
Yes.
Really have. There has to be that trust and that confidence from the fact that I know I heard from the Lord on this, it doesn't have to be 100%.
Yeah.
So there's kind of like that personal gut feeling, which I think Holy Spirit prompting. And then finally, what was your last question? How do we measure?
Yeah, what, you know, what is she going to measure herself by? She, she, she officially decides to start, you know, and, and in my, my experience, most businesses don't start fast. They start very slow. Right. And you know, year in, you may or may not even have semblances of success. You've really achieved, so to speak. So.
Yeah. Well, in the early stages in my accelerator, I take you through three simple steps. Okay. And just very loosely, they are the right offer. You got to have the right offer. There's so much part of that, like who is your best client? You can't speak to everybody. And then how do I really create an irresistible offer that gets results and then how do I talk about it? Like that's all the first step. But really it comes down to being clear on the one, the one client, the one transformation and your process to get there. And then the second is joy infused marketing. Like, I'm gonna make sure I talk to people. There's that fear and fear get up in doubt and uncertainty and just like again, the unworthiness, like mind junk. And we've got to get through that because the fact is you're not going to get to step three, which is actually inviting people to work with you.
Okay.
So you go through steps one and two, so it can be that simple. And so the thought that it has to take long, that's a lie of the enemy too. I will say this, I've seen too many women. Again, I say women because I work with most of them, but probably everyone that there's a whole lot of getting ready to get ready to get ready.
Analysis paralysis 101.
Yes. And then they also spend time on things that don't matter. I can't do this. I can't announce it until I've got the business card, until I've got the website, until I've gotten all these things figured out. And they spend so much time on what really doesn't matter. People don't really care about that. They are going to trust you and feel safety and certainty when they talk to you. When you do, when you feel comfortable being uncomfortable talking about things that you're not 100 sure of, but yet, worst.
Case scenario, talk about the dream. Yeah, you have a dream to create you. And I started our conversation with I have a dream of this. And I was like, oh, well, you need to know this person, this person, this person. Just, just in that. And we. If you were trying to have it all figured out and landing page already up and all the buttons to click and stuff tied together, I would have never told you those names of people that I think would like, partner with you. In a heartbeat.
Absolutely. And thank you for that. That's right. You know, relationships. And again, I'm gonna plug my women. I'm a women's advocate. If you can't tell, I feel like I've always been that. But God made us innately relationship experts. We are empathetic. We love to connect. You know, get a bunch of women in a room. Within a half an hour, they're going to know each other's names. They're going to. We'll have shared stories and maybe some tears and laughs along the way. Get men in a room. I don't know about that.
We compete first. How much you make.
There you go.
Where's your car?
But it's true. There's an element of that. That's true. And so really all of us are, you know, human beings and we are made to be in relationship with the Lord and with each other. And so we just lead that with that and with the confidence that God called us to this. So like Moses who said, lord, am I really the one because I stutter. I don't know that I'm your mouthpiece, but God says, that's okay. I'm going to take those that are ill equipped and I'm going to equip them. So a lot of, you know, that's why I say, live your faith. You've got to not take action on what you see, but you've got to believe before you see it. You've got to trust the Lord and just walk it out.
Yeah, no, I love that you Know, I was just thinking too, I think one of the subjects that isn't covered a lot in women's entrepreneurship, which is why I want to touch on it, is, I think, super important. This also has my friend come back to the top of my mind, and that's single motherhood. So you've got a brilliant business idea, or maybe you're actively trying, but you're also trying to balance being a. A mother to children that obviously depend on you. And in this case, this person has three, and they're single mother, and they're. And they're. Again, I want to do this business. I want to start this. I want to do this journey. But I got to make sure I take care of them, you know, financially, you know, physically, emotionally, spiritually, all of that. Right. How do. How does a. And this is. I'm obviously, I'm not a woman, so I can't really speak to this, but how does a woman balance.
The needs of being a mother with the desires of being a successful entrepreneur?
You know why I'm laughing?
Why?
Because I was a single mom. We got divorced when my kids were 13, 11 and 9 or so. And at the time I was practicing law full time and doing real estate part time. I've always done more than one. A few things, you know, and as you walk through it, you're always, if you. If you love the Lord and if you're a really great mom, which 99% of the women out there I know are, you know, you're saying, lord, am I doing the right thing? You know, am I too focused here? So just even asking that question means you are keeping your eye on where it needs to be. Jesus and family first, and then the business. But, but I will say, in order for you to find. I don't know about balance because I don't know if that ever really is attainable. But in order for you to maybe.
Rhythm.
Yeah. Where. Yeah, yeah, that's. That's a better one. Where you feel like, I'm doing my best, I'm being present. When I'm working, I'm working. And when I'm with the kids, I'm with the kids. And this. And that is community. And I feel like women sometimes. I know for me, for so long, I felt like, oh, I don't want to impose on other people. So I'm not going to ask for help, even though I would love to be in community, even just whether Bible studies or entrepreneurial communities. But I think that's huge when you can be in a room with like minded people and they pour into you from some other, you know, maybe have more experience as others with less experience are seeing what they've accomplished and how they.
Yeah, no, I love it. I think that's so important because again, I was just thinking again, the cool thing is sometimes you have conversations on a podcast or a show or something like that and it just happens to be in correspondence with someone else in the back of your mind or maybe a few people in the back of your mind. Right. So it necessitates getting free information for them which ends up being for the whole audience, which is kind of cool. And I was just thinking through that and I think the community aspect is super important because if I'm thinking to myself.
They could, they would benefit from a strong group of like minded believers, strong minded women who have been there, done that, who could offer wise counsel.
Wise relationship or key relationships. And I think that that would be, I think that honestly would be incredible. Which is, I know, you know, come on. One of the things that you've got, you know, it's about 60 of our listeners are female. So we, we know this is speaking to at least 60% of our audience, which is awesome. If someone want is, is wanting to maybe take the next step, you know, I, I support everything that you do and I know that you, you genuinely care about the folks that you work with. How do, how do people find out more about you and kind of the, even the upcoming book working with you, et cetera.
Yeah, thank you for that, Steven. I mean the best resource that I would point your audience to is my podcast. It's called Joyful Scaling and we're all over Apple and everywhere else.
Well, your top 1% from what I understand or you've done some pretty cool stuff.
Only by God's grace. I started in January of 2020 right before the world turned upside down. We're almost at 400 episodes that 170 or so five star reviews. It's only by God's grace. Samely good. So Judy Weber co podcast would be great. It's binge worthy like all things life and business for Christian women. I do want to say this. You mentioned about community. Let me tell. And how awesome it is to hear Jesus's name exclaimed. The first time I experienced that was at my niece's baccalaureate service at Liberty University, which all my boys ended up going to. And I remember that was like on a Friday, Saturday. And I came back on Sunday and I was very active in my church and I said to the pastor after service I go, dave, I am just blown away at being in a room with a bunch of Jesus lovers. And he's like, what do you mean you're here every week? I said, I know, but there were thousands in the stadium and every other sentence was Jesus. And we were praising him without apology and without looking around. And that's what I have in my groups. Like Jesus is the center of business. Business. He is the center of your mind. He is the center of your strategy. Right? And so you know everything, whether it's just starting out in your business to get to that first 100k in my accelerator or when you're there at 6 and multi 6 and you want to go towards 7. Inside my mastermind, it is a unique by God's grace community where we. I point you back to Christ at every time because if there's a problem, he's the answer. And last thing I'll say in this, it's so funny when my kids who were, who are smart by God's grace, but sometimes they'd have some issues. And I said, guys, if the. I don't care what the question the teacher asks, okay? The answer is Jesus. And my oldest, my Michael, he's a worship pastor out in suburban Chicago now. He's like, mom, if he says two plus two, I'm going to say Jesus. I said, yes, and watch what happens. I don't know if he ever did.
It, but it turns into 5,000 apparently. So yeah.
He has crazy math. He's the master strategist. He's the master at anything. So why, why do we try to figure it out on our own? And so that's why all of my processes, all of my methodologies, they point back to him.
Yeah, I love it. Well, let's, let's, let's. In the last few minutes we have, let's talk about pursue the impossible. You know, why is this a book that, you know, women entrepreneurs should read? What can they expect to get out of it? What made you or called you to write it again? We have mutual connections and I know that the people that I, that we have mutual connected to, they only believe in calling what I call calling generated work. Like you, you're not doing something for the sake of doing the will. You're, you're, you were called to it. So talk to me a little about the book and kind of what to expect and all good stuff.
Yeah, thank you for that. It is due out in the fall of 2024. I'm writing it now. It is the hardest thing I've ever done, I thought not an easy process.
And it's my own mind getting in the way, let's say that. But it's divided into three parts and it's all about possibility. The first part is awareness of possibility. Like being again we talked about this earlier. Being aware of your thoughts and how those thoughts create your results. Whatever your life is now, whatever your business is now, it's a result of your thinking. So I always tell my clients like if you have a problem, it's not what do I do now, it's what am I thinking? Yeah, how can I think differently to change things around. So it's awareness of possibility in the first part of the book. The second part of the book is seeing. Now you're aware of it, but now you're going to see what's really possible. So there I introduced my faith fueled thought model. And it's all about identity too. Yeah, because it's like God made you to do something. So if we're not accomplishing that it's because we don't see our own identity. And so the world talks about manifestation and embodiment it but really we, they, they kind of took God's truth again and twisted it as the enemy always does. But we've got to come back to really being, being who the Lord God made us to be. So we've got to see the possibility that is right there that God has for us. And then the third part of the book is actually believing in the possibility or really the impossibility that is possible for you. And here I go deeper with examples and then I talk about what I call the belief triad. Belief in you, belief in your best client, that they're out there praying for you and belief offer that this transformational offer, people are right there praying for you and that it will get results. So it really is about taking you on this journey of going deeper into your faith and really seeing with, from God's perspective and not with natural eyes. Which really you can't do that without intention and without spending more time with the Lord.
No, I love it. No, it's crazy. I was just also thinking that every time I hear the word manifestation in general, it was actually first in the Bible. Jesus said everything will be made manifest. However, manifestation only comes through faith fueled focus.
Amen.
Right, so you got, you got the element of faith, of expecting. But then you have to focus on the outcome that you're trying to generate with strategy, activity, prayer, meditation, all of that to really kind of bring that thing to reality which I I just, that's, that's been my experience thus far for sure. So. Well, as we're kind of like wrapping up. All right, so we got, the book's going to be out late fall of next year at the time of this recording, which is awesome. I knew it. And I've, I've, as an author myself, I know the process.
It's tricky.
Yeah. But in the meantime, where, where should everybody else, like if they want to get started with you today, you know, where should they go? Because I know you have a, I know you have a, a series right now that, that you just launched that long ago that everybody's taken advantage of you. Like where, where do we find it?
Yeah. Excellent. Thank you for that. So I have a free resource for your listeners who are in the earlier stage of business who did not yet get to their 100k those consistent 8 or 10k months. I call it build a faith fueled six figure business. And I would love to give you with it, it's a five day training series delivered straight to your inbox so that you can consume these five trainings on your schedule. And it's judyweber co the number five day workshop. So inside you're going to learn a very simple process for growing a purposeful and profitable business. Okay. Without overworking. It's not about working 247 without overthinking and without ever compromising your faith. So again, it is Judy Weber co five day workshop.
I love it. I love it. I love you to death. I can't thank you enough for coming on. What? Give me one final thought that every woman entrepreneur should be thinking about as we close up.
Okay, thank you, Steve. This has been such an honor and I'm going to leave you with this. Faith based is full of hope, but faith fueled is the miraculous realized. We are called to do the miraculous in Christ. All, all of these miracles, you know, from the first one at the wedding, didn't need those people to fill those urns with water. So graciously said go fill them with water so they could be a part of it. Right. And so you know, if you are playing small, if you are allowing your fear or your doubt or your uncertainty or all this head junk to stop you. You need to really fully embrace who you are in Christ and pursue that impossible.
Let's go, let's go. I appreciate you so much. I can't wait to see you again.
All right, Steve.
All right, take care. I hope you liked that video and if you did, make sure you check out this next video. Right here. Live an intentional life. Most people have uphill hopes and downhill habits. You can only intentionally go up hills. You can't accidentally go uphills. All success is all uphill all the way.
