What was the secret to success? Was it fear? No, it was love. What did he love? He loved competition. Yeah. He loved to battle. He loved to compete. He also loved to destroy you. He wanted to humiliate you on the court. But while he's playing, he is loving the moment, loving the battle. He's not thinking about failure. He's not worried about the outcome. Think about people today. Worried about what people think, worried about performance, worried about what others say. We're worried about everything. Instead of just loving the moment, loving the competition, loving the battle, loving the opportunity to get to do what I do. Love is what drives grit. Yeah. Talk about grit being the number one predictor and factor of success. What is the number one predictor and the driver of grit? It's love. If you love something, you're not going to quit. I can predict if you love it, you won't give up. If you love your team, you're not going to quit on them. So love is what makes you powerful and love is what makes you great.
