A short monologue by Stephen Scoggins advising viewers to be 'radically honest' with themselves to identify strengths, struggles, and blind spots, and to intentionally amplify strengths, backfill weaknesses, and eliminate blind spots. He emphasizes regular self-reflection, giving oneself grace and time to explore, and using simple tools (quiet space, notepad and pen).

Yeah. I think the easiest way for anyone to take what I've learned and apply it to their life immediately is to better understand that there's a time and a place to be radically honest with yourself. When I say radically honest with yourself, I mean legitimately. Look at your strengths, your struggles, your blind spots. Look at the things that come natural to you. Look at the things that you actually light you up and you actually enjoy using. Take the time to acknowledge those things in the moment rather than just going through the minutia of every day, day in and day out. Most of us don't do that. Most of us are not doing things that we love. We're not even. We're not on the track to do things that we love because we don't really know what lights us up. And the easiest thing to do is to be radically honest with yourself. Look at yourself. Take the strengths that you have, amplify those, take the struggles that you've got, backfill those, and then get rid of those blind spots as quickly as possible. And the easiest way to do that is to be radically honest with yourself. Give yourself a lot of grace. Give yourself a lot of time to explore and discover who you really are. Find a quiet place on a regular basis to be honest with yourself. And notepad and a pen can take you very far.
