Hey, guys. Welcome back to Q and A. So happy you're here. I'm actually super excited about this month's Q and A. Why? Because you guys turned into questions, which I'm super stoked about. The first one comes in, and it says you spoke in the whiteboard lesson about the mentorship Matrix. Are you willing to be one of our digital mentors? The short answer to the question is, of course I am. My entire team is happy to be helping you in this. This area of life, I guess you could say. And if you're not sure what a digital mentor is or the mentorship matrix is, I would invite you to go to YouTube, search for Journey Principles with Steven Scoggins, and simply search the whiteboard lesson we did called Mentorship Matrix. Why? Because in that specific video, I cover four specific types of mentors that you can have to help you get motivated and keep yourself on your own journey of pathway from stuck to unstoppable. Okay, now, in that one, one of those items is the digital mentor. A digital mentor is nothing more than the person that you can actually watch a video clip of, listen to an audiobook of a podcast of essentially anything with some level of digital media to help you get the mentorship you need in any area of life and help you go from stuck to unstoppable.
All right, the next question we have from you guys in the Instagram audience is this. I believe your personal values should be in line with your business. What do you think? I absolutely agree with you, and here's why. I find that it's very difficult for people to compartmentalize their life. In other words, sometimes you might think that your relationship is not affecting your career or your career is not affecting your relationship. The reality is, because you're a whole person and you have to deal with the strengths and the struggles and the blind spots of any given area at any given time. They're all going to affect each other, one another on a regular basis, which means the best thing you can possibly do is be authentic to your core. Take the time to actually discover what you stand for, what you stand against, what you hope to achieve. And how can you help your personal audience uncover their own strength from within? That way you can make sure that your authentic self is always being portrayed because your business, if you own one or if you're leading one, is going to be a representation of you. For example, the Journey Principles Institute. This institute is entirely authentic, all about knowledge and wisdom and education that helps you go from stuck to unstoppable in any area of life. Well, it just so happens that I began off my journey obviously in the form of homelessness, all the way to being a successful entrepreneur. Now what's your story? How can you position your story to impact the most people and take the benefits of you and showcase that to the world and make your business even better?
Alright, today's third question from the Instagram audience Is this any idea on what I should be mainly focusing on if I also want to help others influence others to reach their own goals, dreams and aspirations? Absolutely. The first step in helping to helping yourself to help others is getting super super focused on your own identity. What I mean by that is using the self awareness axis or becoming self aware. Why? Because self awareness leads towards self worth. Let me say that again. Self awareness leads to self worth. The stronger and the more confident you are, the more likely are people are to be drawn to you in such a way that you can be most effective to help them. And then focus on the four phases of transformation that we've shared here before. Phase one, gain perspective. Phase two, recognize and remove roadblocks. Phase three, organize a plan. And phase four, help them work their plan. If you do those these specific areas, I'm confident you'll be well on your way to helping change lives and helping us join a mission to make sure everybody's going from stuck to unstoppable and everything they're doing.
Okay. Question number four from you guys in the audience on Instagram, here is this. Hey Steven, I was just watching your live performance with Evan Carmichael. Awesome. By the way, was wondering if you have a YouTube video or a book telling more about your story. Yes, I totally do. If you want to go to YouTube, simply search out Journey Principles with Steven Scoggins. Select the podcast playlist where Connor from the podcast interviewed me on my personal backstory. And if you want more detailed information other than that, then I invite you to just send us a question@journeyprinciples.com for a e copy of my very first book that came out in 2014 called Journey 10 Simple Principles for a Life Journey that Matters. You can tell it's been a while, but I'd be happy to send anyone any of that information to help you understand my own journey. Now here's the thing. My journey is only important if it helps you on your journey. Does that make sense? Anything that we produce for you, whether it be YouTube or Instagram or whatever, I would like you to make sure that it's always attainable for yourself to help you along your journey. I didn't go through everything I went through to leave you stuck in your place. I went through everything I went to, hopefully to gain the wisdom and the experience and the understanding to help you keep moving forward and help you become the most you can possibly become. Right? Our entire team believes in you, and I can't wait to continue to get to know you through this process.
