To shed some of the baggage of our past mistakes. This is kind of an area in performance psychology, sports psychology. I remember reading the anecdote, and it's relatively famous. It's a college baseball team that used to have this mini toilet that they would have in their clubhouse after every game. And they're assessing their performance, their mistakes. They address. They get it out there, right? They get out the mistake for accountability. What have I learned? Okay, I've learned this. Everything else associated with that mistake does not serve me. Let's flush it down the toilet. And that's how we have to be, right? We have to be very critical of ourselves. We got to hold ourselves accountable. But we have to forgive ourselves, even when nobody else might, even when it's hard, because otherwise we are not going to be able to move forward at the pace in which we need to.
