If you can't take three minutes to read my job description and spend another four to apply right the right way, you don't want to work for me, you don't give a shit. This is just a job, not a career. So they're out. So again, I hire people, not paper. And I think that that goes into a lot of it. Like, I'll take a C player with a work with work ethic, C skills. Then a skills that's lazy all day long. Yeah, that C player will win at the end of the day because they care about the job, they take pride in what they do and their skills can be developed. Yeah, it might take them longer to get from point A to B, but I'll take the C player with the work ethic all day long. I don't care about your GPA or your advanced degrees. I have more people, man. I'm a college dropout. I was on active probation three times. I got people working with me, MBAs and master's degrees. I don't give a shit about your degrees. Now, look, if you want to go do it, I'm not a hater of the college system. Like, if you want to go do it, go do it. I'm just saying I don't hire or not based off of paper. Yeah. Who are you as a human being? Are we compatible? And can I grow you? Can I develop you? That's what I care.
