Start to make choices from the woman or the man in the vision. Right. Being able to understand fear and welcome it in and know I love it. And here it is like, hey, little fear buddy, come hang with me all day because I'm doing things all day.
That's the one thing that fear is not expecting you to do.
Correct. And that's yes. And that is what ultimately I teach. When you watch the TEDx, how do you diffuse fear? The only way to truly expand to your limitless potential is to love your fear.

She has got a heart for people, especially women who are trying to get breakthrough, trying to get launched and trying to take care of other things. So guys, help me welcome Tracy Litt. Tracy, how are you doing, girl?
Hi. I'm so pumped to be here and hang out. I'm amazing.
So I, you know, it's funny, we, you know, I was talking to Connor who's, you know, obviously part of our team, who does, who normally co hosts a lot of podcasts with me. And he and I got a discussion yesterday about, you know, a lot of people kind of have this overnight success kind of mentality. Like, you know, you've worked, obviously you've experienced a lot of success in your own rights. But you know, if your journey's like mine, and I'm pretty sure it is, it wasn't always that way. So give us a little backstory. Tell me a little about yourself or not tell me, tell everybody else about yourself because I think you're amazing and everything, all the work you're doing is incredible.
So thank you. Thank you. Yeah, it's like the overnight success that took 17 years, you know, right? That's the part that we don't really, you know, see. So, you know, my pivotal moment where I realized how much power I personally had, which is now what I get to do with beautiful humans in the world, came in my dark night when I thought I had done it all right, had followed. I followed what they told us to do.
Yeah. And I, you know, had found the love of my life. I was building the big house, I was pregnant with my baby. And then it all just fell apart. And I found myself an unemployed single mother with an eight month old daughter.
Oh, gosh.
That fast? Yeah. You know, and I really realized that. And when you're a little girl, you don't aspire to have that be your life, right?
Yeah, for sure.
And in that moment, you know, I. There was one particular night where I found myself just overwhelmed with what? Whose life is this? How did. How did this happen? Right. There are moments, as all of you beautiful listeners are with us, where you're either willing to notice or you're not.
Yeah. We call it the awakening. Yeah. Boom.
So that was mine, right? So that was that awakening where, you know, I fell to the floor, I cried my eyes out, you know, like fetal position. What is happening? And was willing to see what I wasn't letting myself see. And was willing to acknowledge the red flags I ignored and the things that I tolerated out of the relationship, all in the name of.
You know, but this is what I should want and this is what it means.
This is what the plan supposed to look like. I'm doing this thing.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. You know, and then in that moment was so available to notice and so dropped into myself enough to hear my higher self.
Yeah.
To hear her say, get up. Wipe your eyes.
Yeah.
You are made for so much more than this, baby.
Yeah.
And it's that higher self that I have listened to ever since. And now it's what I do with women.
Yeah. It's beautiful. Now, you've done a lot of really cool things. You know, there's the lit factor. So tell everybody what the lit factor is, Ms. Tracy lit.
Well, first of all, we give kudos to my dad because what a killer last name he gave me.
I know, right?
Right.
What a win you give a new terminology. Let's get lit. That's for sure. Exactly.
Exactly. So the lit factor is my personal growth and coaching company.
I birthed her September 1, 2016. And so we'll be four years old soon and it has been nothing short of incredible. Incredible growth, incredible mistakes, incredible failure, incredible success. All of that all of it. Which is what. Which is. Which is what allows the enjoyment of it. Right. I think we're. We get so, you know, that's what I want and we go for something and sometimes we miss out on each day and every day on the process.
Yeah. You know, there's power in the process and prosperity, the prospect process, if we're open to it. For sure.
Absolutely. And I think loving the process is one of the miss or under discussed keys to your highest success.
Yeah, right.
Because it keeps you detached from the outcome. It keeps your energy really in the zone of like, I love what I'm doing, I'm present to what I'm doing. It's really jam out on that. Which really expands your ability to execute and call things to you.
Yeah, absolutely. You know, one of your favorite. One of my favorite topics that I've. In watching what you've been doing and studying kind of your, your platform, whatnot that you discuss a lot is fear. Now fear comes around in, I don't know, a thousand different forms. You know, I'm not good enough. Could be a form of fear, or that job is not. Is too big for me to go after or, you know, I'm married, so I have to be completely like zoned into what the other person wants versus kind of living their own life and you know, kind of like a conjoined life. You know, my, my wife and I, we live separate lives together. Like she's, she's my better half. You know, we make each other better kind of thing. So how did you discover that, you know, there was a passion point for, you know, on the topic of fear and then, you know, how did you discover that? How did you shake yourself from it? And then how did you use that to start blessing all these women all over the world?
Yes. Okay. So my second awakening from my higher self, right. Which came. So I had built a corporate career from that. From that night crying on the floor, my higher self brought me and I built a corporate career. I was a vice president of human resources. And you know, it was one of those, it was fruitful. Like, you know, it was great. They loved me. I love them. I made a lot of money. All was well. All was well. But my soul was dying. And there was a higher self calling of, you're not done, Keep going. What are you really here to do? Right. And that's when I started to discover the coaching world, personal development in a much more heightened way than just being a self help book reader. Right. And I found the coaching school I Wanted and sat on it for two years. So this is when I started to learn and understand fear. Because in those two years of paralyzation, what I now teach as the fear talk track in my head sounded like, is this really gonna work? Is it too much of a risk? Do you think you'll really be good at it? What if you suck? What if you don't succeed? What if this is a big miss? Everything's good. Are you sure you want to do that? Right? And that played over and over. And because I didn't understand fear, I didn't understand the biology, which is what makes me so passionate about it now. I did nothing and I let it lead. And as a result of me letting it lead, it was two years of me just, like, staring at the enrollment for the coaching school. Right. And not doing anything. And then when I took the leap, which was another night where like, literally heard myself, you are not willing to die without going full out in your life. Get up and do it. Right.
That's one message I think everybody needs to hear over and over again.
I will share this.
You're going to die. May as well do it. Trying to.
Well, absolutely. Well, that and no one gets out alive. So just go for it, because what are you really holding back on? Right?
So once I experienced that for myself, I'm a very curious, questioning person. I always have been. And I kind of went, well, what was that about really happened there? Because I'm going to keep up leveling and I'm going to keep leaning into risk. And in order for me to have anything different than I have right now, it inherently means I need to enter the unfamiliar. And. And anytime I'm going to enter the unfamiliar, fear is going to be like a loyal dog. Like, hey, girl, I'm right here. You know, so how do I deal with this? Because the ways we've been taught to deal with it are wrong. Yeah, this push, aggressive, do it, you know, overcome, yell at it, make it go away. Actually makes the fear louder, more pervasive.
Yeah.
That's when I stumbled into. Oh, wait a second. If I take personal responsibility and love it and acknowledge it's doing such a phenomenal job. Right?
Yeah.
I mean, studies have shown me on the journey.
I mean, studies have shown that adversity is by far the best teacher. And the people that lean into it. Right. Neuroplasticity takes over. They start growing. Right. And they become what we refer to as unstoppable. You know, we always say that, you know, being stuck is nothing more than not Making progress, being unstoppable is always making progress.
That's right.
You know, and what I'm. One of the things I'm hearing you say repetitively is not only do you have to have an awakening, but you also have the action. And only action will lead to actualization.
A thousand percent and the consistent raising of that awareness. So you have the awakening, and our awareness is the key. Your ability to notice. Right. Your ability to call yourself out when you are in a behavior of fear. Because to your point, every. Every block, every person has is fear based.
Yeah.
There's no gray there.
Yeah, sure.
Fear of success, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown, fear of believing what other people think. Fear of being excluded. You know, fear of, you know.
Fear of being embarrassed, fear of feeling your feelings. Right. All the things.
Do you think that's why people struggle with fear so much is because it has so many different faces and voices? Yeah, it's really hard to kind of single out.
I think we struggle with it until we understand it appropriately. Right. I think we struggle with it because we don't realize how insidious it is. Right. So I'll give you another lack of clarity. That's fear in disguise. Impatience. That's fear in disguise. Right. So really realizing that what you're moving through is always a product of fear and then learning what it means to really love it, to understand the biology, to start appreciating it. Right. And then using it like breadcrumbs on a trail to your highest success. Yeah.
Well, you know, in your TEDx, you actually break that down really well. You start talking about the biology and stuff like that without giving your TEDX away. Because everybody should go watch TEDx Talk, by the way, like everyone. It's an amazing talk. It'll give you. It will give you an awakening all of its own. But, you know, talk a little bit about the biology of fear and how that kind of affects us physiologically, mentally, etc.
Yeah, absolutely. So our mind, body, and I refer to it as our system. Right. Because our minds and bodies are connected, even though we don't realize that a lot of the time.
Exactly. That's why you can make yourself safe with too much worry.
We'll talk about that topic another day because worry is an awesome one. Your system is wired for survival. Once you wake up and take a breath, your system thinks you're winning. It's like, sweet. Stephen. Nailed it.
We're good.
We don't have to do anything else. Right. And because it's wired for survival, it is Committed to you never changing. It is committed to you staying the same. So the challenging part of that is everything you desire lives, the different lives in the unfamiliar. Right.
In the uncomfortable.
Correct, correct. And the discomfort is real. It's not just like some meme or graphic we put on social media.
Yeah. I mean, it's emotional attitude. You can actually sense it. Yes.
During. During an up level when you're really expanding into this unstoppable version of yourself, you will feel it. Right. So. So to really understand that what we're up against here is a wiring that is screwing you over on a regular.
Basis and holding you back.
Right? Right.
The blind spot. Yeah.
Yeah. Which is what makes your level of agency and power so critical. Which what makes you really hearing me when I say, listen, you are the being that has the mind. You are the being with the system. You are the highest level of power here. So stop walking around just letting your mind lead and listening to your thoughts because it's not trying to help you. Your system doesn't care if you're thriving, if you're prosperous, if you're nailing it, if you're speaking on stages, if you're writing that book. In actual fact, it's banking on the fact that you won't.
Yeah.
Right. So it's that understanding that changes everything. And then all of a sudden you start to believe me when I say you have all the power.
Yeah. You know, it's funny, the more and more I talk, more and more excited I get. We're definitely from the cut from the same cloth for sure. You know, I can tell why this, this probably led you to create the choice method. Right? So, Howard, how can you utilize the choice methodology to begin to overcome these voices, this limiting belief, this uncertainty, this fear, this. This worry that comes with all this stuff. You can actually, you know, kind of let it go. Now, you and I both have had this, await these multiple levels of awakening moments, right?
Yes.
We've climbed multiple levels of stairs.
But how can people use the choice method to do that in their own lives right now?
Yes. So the choice method, I love that we're talking about this is a four phase method that works 100% of the time when you work it. Because what I'm teaching you to do, and I'll obviously go over it right now, is.
Start to make choices from the woman or the man in the vision. Right. Being able to understand fear and welcome it in and know I love it. And here it is like, hey, little fear buddy, come hang with me all day. Because I'm doing things all day.
That's the one thing that fear is not expecting you to do.
Correct. And that's. Yes. And that is what ultimately I teach. When you watch the TEDx, how do you diffuse fear? The only way to truly expand to your limitless potential is to love your fear. Right. And because I'm going to teach you how to make choices from the future, you're basically making fear omnipresent. Right? So the first phase in the choice method is to notice, right? So let's say you're talking about writing that book, okay. And we all had when I was writing my book, right? We all have these moments. You have that first notice moment where you go, hmm, it's been on my, you know, schedule to write for like a month and a half now. And I still, still haven't written two sentences. Yeah, that's the first phase. Notice. If you don't notice, you will never shift. Yeah, right.
You may have watched a lot of Netflix, right?
100%. Right. You've like reorganized your, you know, your closet 17 times and you find all of these shiny object procrastination things to do. So the first step is noticing what's happening. And then the second phase is interruption. And this is critical because this is.
I love that one.
Huge. It's an interruption. One of the keys to this whole unstoppable game is your ability to create safety in your system. Because when your sis. When you go out into that unfamiliar right we're talking about, and your system's like, hell no. And it starts to feed you like thoughts of doubt, which is all. Where your doubt comes from is fear based. Right? That's when your system is screaming like, give me some safety. Because right now, as your system, it thinks it's entering a potential threat. So when you can learn how to build a flexible nervous system and how to interrupt through the special breathing and holding your heart and talking to yourself and saying, the truth is I'm safe.
Yeah.
What I'm doing is expanding like I'm stepping into my dreams. We've got this right now. What you've done is you've dropped out of your head, you've changed out of this stress based, sympathetic nervous system thing that happens with fear. And you've interrupted, you've dropped into your body. Now you're able to move into phase three, which is the key question. What would she do? Right? Or what would he do? And that question is about the man or woman in the vision. Because you are no longer authorized to make decisions as the person listening to us right now, because that person is making decisions based on current reality and emotional addictions and past experiences. Experience. And you will continue to make the same results. It's like, no, what would she do? In context of this book? Example.
Yeah.
She would sit down and bang out her first chapter. She would hire that book coach that she's. That I've been lingering on because I'm going, should I spend the money? Should I not? All that limiting, lack shit that happens before. Right. So what would she do? She would hire the book coach. She would sequester herself and write that book. And then, boom, you do it. And that method will like you. It's like a leapfrog.
Yeah.
Over and over and over again.
Yeah. Before you hit the phase four, I want to park there. Just.
A friend of mine, Rory Vaden. You may or may not know Rory. You know, he has this. This theology called say it ugly. Right. In the context of. Context of doing a book, doing a speaking thing, just putting yourself out in front of your family and just sharing something of your heart. Right. He's like, just say it ugly first. It'll be perfected over time. Just get it out. Right. You know, I know that's been your experience and it's been my experience, so I know there's truth in it, you know, so when you. When you terms that, would you also say to everyone out there that it makes a lot of sense just to put the effort in and try? I mean, that is interruption. Like you're interrupting your behavior pattern as you were kind of like really stepping into the third phase.
Yeah. Oh, absolutely. I believe that perfection is, you know, like a curse word. Yeah, right. Like, you know, I use my language freely, but really that word to me is such a detriment to every person in our culture and society. It is not a thing. And your real intention is to be as you. As you can possibly be.
Yep, for sure.
Like, that's it. And because ultimately your impact comes from your energy.
Yeah.
Right. And that is you can't. Energy doesn't lie.
Yeah, for sure. And you know, it's funny because, you know, the only way you get there. We talk about this a lot on some of the other shows that we've done. And I know you've done the work, which I know this is going to resonate. The only way you get there is doing it ugly first. Like, meaning actually taking the time to actually be objective. You mentioned that with the first part of the phase, which is noticing. Right. It's self awareness all Day long. Like what makes you strong? What makes you what, you know, what's. What caused you to struggle? What are your. What's always nipping you up in the. Inviting your ankle or biting in the butt all the time. Right. If you look, you will discover the pattern that's behind it.
Yes.
Yes.
And then here's the million dollar question. Are you willing to be honest about the honesty?
Mmm.
That's where we get true. Right. Are you willing? Because in that notice moment, are you willing to go there?
Yeah.
Because there are certain things as we grow that when you find that honesty behind the honesty, it's like a little nauseating.
There are moments where you're like, I can't believe I actually think that right now.
Yeah.
And because your level of relationship with self is so deep, your love for yourself is so unconditional, you have healed anything where you used to beat yourself up, because we don't play that way. Let's be clear. Becoming unstoppable means you are so highly self compassionate, you give yourself so much grace so that you can be honest. Because that's how you get there. That's how you get there. To me, that's what jazzes me up. Because now, now, now we've hit the nugget, right? You've excavated something that is going to catapult you.
And once you remove it, you can replace it with something that can actually take you there. That's one of the things that we, when we work with people all the time I've worked, you know, I've had the honor and pleasure working with, you know, people like yourself, you know, CEOs and professional athletes and so on and so forth. And what the one thing that I see differently between them and others who refuse to take the step or become unstoppable, as we like to say, is the willingness to go there. Right?
Yeah.
If you don't go there, you can't discover what's really in there.
Right, Right.
And there's beauty there.
There's beauty there. And what's interesting about it is it's fear of going there. Here's fear again. It's fear of feeling all the feelings. It's being. How willing are you to feel the feelings? How willing are you to feel embarrassed and concerned and unsure and all the different feelings that come along with feeling your feelings?
Mm.
Right. And it's so exciting to me because as spiritual beings having human experiences, feeling our feelings is everything. It's so natural. It's so beautiful.
Yeah. I mean, there's, there's Beauty in every single thing. You know, you look at a volcanic eruption that, you know, that completely wipes out corner of an island or it builds a piece of an island that wasn't there. It doesn't take very long before nature takes its course. There's a beautiful flower breaking through the surface.
Yeah.
You know, and then you look out 50 years, all of a sudden there's a forest there that used to be nothing but volcanic rock. You know, maybe it's a little longer than 50 years, but it's, it happens over time. And I feel like the step by step process is the way to get there for sure. So what is phase four?
This is what makes that fun. It's do the thing.
Right. So ultimately phase four is executing the new choice that phase three brought to you. Because again, you're asking, well, what would he do? Well, what would she do? And then you make the choice, which I will also tell you all in advance, that's the hardest part. Because when you've been conditioned for decades to operate a certain way, to have your system stimulated and aroused in a certain way, for you to be so committed to this vision that you have and be. It's so clear. And that future you is pulling you forth to make a new choice in a moment where the old you wants to make the old choice.
That is the art of change.
Yeah, yeah, you said some interesting there. I drew up a thought. You know.
There'S this area of settling, you know, where we are. So for example, growing up, for example, my both of my parental role mod, my both, both my parents, right. They were, they both had their own struggles, stuff like that. Took a while to kind of reconcile all that. Doing great now. Very proud of them. They've done the work. But for the longest time.
They would settle for what they'd always known. Right. Which means they do experience what they've always experienced and then they would settle for what they experienced and then they would get, you know, it's that, it's that crazy cycle, you know, it's, it's that, that undiscovery. So it sounds like that you and I both agree that the number one thing someone can do step one by far before, is to have that noticing moment or that awakening moment, thousand percent. So how long? Now this is something that I get asked quite a bit. So I'm going to ask you and get your two cents. How long should that process take? A year or 50 years?
The awakening moment?
No, the entire process. From going from the old you to a new version of yourself.
Oh, I love this question. You're never done. Yeah. Until you're done when you're dead and maybe not, depending on what you believe about next lives.
Right.
And that, to me, is what's so beautiful about this. We call it mastery. Not mastered for a reason. It's a journey. Right. It's a journey, not a destination. And you know, it's so interesting because.
You wouldn't tell me that you want to get a six pack and then join the gym and go three times and then ask me. I don't understand. Why am I not ripped?
Yeah.
But when it comes to expansion, work of the mind, healing work of the soul, all of this gorgeous personal development where you really are up, leveling yourself.
Sure.
And this is also. Here we go with fear again. This impatience circulates. Right. This.
I should have been there by now. Like, I've been at this, you know, I've been at this for six months. I've been at this for 22 months. Like, where's the right. That's fear. Because what your mind's doing, your mind will automatically show you loss. It does not voluntarily show you gain.
Yeah.
Because your mind doesn't care if you're successful. Like, I cannot say that enough.
It just cares if it exists.
Yeah. Because but then. And we just. But we just still listen to it. Just walk around, like, thinking it should drive the car. Right. So it's really realizing.
Whoa.
Okay. So what if I spent more time working on my focus and attention? I teach it as the power of fa. Right. If I choose to put my.
I like how you did that too. That's like Tarjay Fall.
When I do that, like, you see me right now, you'll never forget it. I'm a big visual learner, you know? So if Then you choose, because everything's a choice as well, to place your focus and attention and what you've done and how amen you are and how far you've come. Now you're starting to hum, right?
Yeah.
So. And recognizing too, that impatience. And I'm doing a lot of actually research on that right now because I have, like, it's like the next awakening for me as I play because I learned so much from all these beautiful students and clients. Me.
Impatience is a really insidious way that fear gets you to sit back.
Yeah.
Right.
Absolutely.
Where is it? Come, come, come, come, come. Nope, nope, nope. And now you're in lack. And now you're focused on the fact that you don't have it yet. So now you're not an Energetic match anymore.
Yeah, for sure. Absolutely. You know, it's funny, the one thing that, you know, when I get asked that question, you're right, they don't call it master. It's definitely mastery, which, which is ongoing, you know. But I also tell people all the time, if you don't get started, it's going to take you 50 years. If you get started now, it might take you a year, two years to get to the next level. And then, you know, I'm in the faith community and one of the things that we say is new levels, new devils. Right. So when I was overcoming homelessness, right, I had to overcome the fear that I would never measure up at all. Right. Like a complete identity stroke. Right. You know, have a heart stroke. This was an identity stroke. You know, when I, when I managed to build a company over the course of 20 plus years and then own a few more companies, you know, how come, you know, I would, I used to trouble myself with, okay, well, this company was successful, but this one wasn't. Is there something wrong with me? Was it? Is it me not realizing that certain things have to align with certain gifts and certain gifts have to align with certain talents and there is a reason and a season for everything.
There is, you know, the wrong thing.
In the wrong season. You messed up.
Yes. And I love what you just touched on.
Is it me? Right? So a big part of my work is worth work.
Right.
To really eradicate this lie of unworthiness. It's never you. Yeah, it's never you. Right. That's one of the ways that we keep our worth on the table for negotiation. Because we go, oh well, is it me? And it could be, oh well, you know, could I have executed that process? Is it a different deliverable? Yeah, all those things are true. But it's never you. It's never an assessment on your worth, your enoughness, your value as a magnificent spiritual human being. That's your birthright. And it's actually from that space that you can then do all the other things.
Yeah. Worth is not finite. Right. Worth is worth. Developing your worth, developing your self confidence takes time. But the only way you get there is to have the awakening or noticing the moment to start the journey, to get some little wins under your belt. Not everything is going to be a massive win, you know, but when I look back, I'm not in a position in life where I can enjoy almost every day of my life now because of successes. It's also, it's actually because of failure. You know, one of the things that Our mutual friend Steve and I were talking about. And you know, I said, people get it all wrong. You know, they think that the, you know, that failure is a foundation, you know, of like it's never going to matter. It's never going to measure up. And really what I, what I would say is, you know, the foundations of failure are actually the bedrock. A new beginning. You and I both experienced that. Right. It was after, it was after the first awakening that you're like, wait a minute, something doesn't add up here. Yeah. Right. And that's what got us going on this journey. So give me one final thought for your look, for the listeners out there. Right. And a lot, again, large majority of them are your people. They're definitely wonderful female aspirational identities are trying to do all kinds of amazing things. So.
Yeah, well, I'm gonna, I'm gonna leave this. That failure is not even a thing.
Right? Failure is not a thing. Failure. You know, if you think about it, one day when people were naming things, something didn't go the way that somebody wanted it to go. And somebody else who was the person who chose the name for things like this is a coffee mug and this is a pen said, okay, failure. That's what that thing is. Right. And then through the way our society and culture is, that is changing, turned into this. If you fail, it must mean you suck. If you fail, it must mean that's not for you. If you fail, that must mean you're never going to be good at it. And none of those things are true because failure is not a thing. What we do is we intend towards something and it either goes the way we want. Sweet. And if it doesn't, amazing, because we get a piece of data, we get some self discovery and then we apply it over and over and over again.
Yeah. No such thing as failure. Always learning.
Right. And that's also what it means to really, truly do mindset work every day to decide what construct are you subscribing to? What do you really believe about that? What paradigm do you want to see this on? You can choose it.
Well, I have enjoyed this beautiful experience and I really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule. I know you're building a lot of exciting things. I can't wait to see those kind of come to fruition and be launched to be part of the audience and let the audience engage for sure. Help me understand, or actually help the audience understand. What's the best way to connect with you on a regular basis to get more of your awesome content and kind of learn how to make this mindset shift.
I would love to give you an awesome 30 minute free video training and start there. It's go to feelthepowerofcom.com so it's feelthepowerofcom.com and it's me hanging out 30 minutes walking you through calmness, nervous system, flexibility and other awesome things. So we can start there and then the lit factor everywhere lit with two T's, right? Social media website. You can find me all over.
Amazing. Amazing. Well, thank you for this beautiful experience. I can't wait to do it again. I know that we, myself and a handful of other Evan and a few other people are looking at doing something special maybe later in the later beginning portion of next year. And I'm looking, I'm excited about that and seeing that come to fruition as well. But I have to say goodbye now. But I don't want to. This has been so much fun.
I could do this for another day. Thank you again. You're amazing and blessings to everything you're doing and I can't wait to see it. Continue to shape up. And your mission was a little bigger than mine. Originally you said a billion lies. I'm like man at a million. So I need to man up here.
Together we'll hit the billion. And thank you for having me. I really appreciate it and I'm honored to be able to hang out in your space.
Awesome. Well, thank you so much again. I'll talk to you soon.
Okay, thank you.
Bye. Take care.
Tracy. Lit just schooled us all on what it takes to overcome fear. And if you want to keep your journey moving forward, you're going to have to check out this interview right here. Seriously, do it now.
It's totally cool. But here's what I want them to think about. If you have a lump or a bump and you're like, oh my gosh, I got this like weird bump in my boob.
