I get a lot of credit for, and this is something I actually squash early on, this is what I'm known for, but this is the truth. He went from homeless to building upwards of a 9, close to a 9-figure organization, blah, blah, blah, multiple states, blah, blah, blah. It's true and it's not important. It's the only reason why I'm trying to get the business leaders to start celebrating the effort through the outcome. You don't have any control. All you could control is the effort. It's funny, I was also thinking that the number one thing that solves team member issues and business growth issues is moving from like trying to prove, like, I need to have a nice life for myself, and being of service. The moment you start showing up as a leader with your team to be of service, there's a gravitational pull shift. Huge shift. Stop looking at your product or your service as being the, the thing. I start looking at, okay, what is the problem that I'm trying to solve for the client, and how can I solve it with excellence? How can I be of service? It's funny how that becomes like the number one thing that actually, um, creates growth.
