Never in my life did I have 30 days to myself to focus on me. And that was the goal. I have 30 days, which I'd never had to take a break from life. I'm going to use every freaking minute of that day. The reality is it's 30 days out of the last 45 years that I've lived and the next 45 years I potentially can live. So what happens if I do the 30 days and it sucks or 30 days and I change my life? And that's the question. I come from the world of masterminds and paying for influence and paying for coaching. It was by far the best return on investment in my life for the investment that I made there. I had invested $100 grand in masterminds and things. I invested that 5 figures and it was the biggest return. But I look at the return with Christian behind the camera. I look at 26 years of marriage. My wife has lost 80 pounds since this started. Change has been impacted everywhere because I chose to put one foot in front of the other.
