A brief conversational clip in which Steve D Valentine discusses applying AI to real estate initiatives—training AI responses to reflect desired, customized guidance for homeowners rather than generic internet-based answers. The exchange emphasizes tailoring AI learning for specific real estate strategies as they prepare to release the system.
For me, when I look at some of our new initiatives as we talk about real estate strategies and the different things that homeowners can do with their homes as we try to get them to either build well or keep things or they're moving around, is that I look at this, I'm like, it's so cool that we get to train the responses on what do you want it to be rather than just being the chat basic real estate responses that come from the Internet. It's like, just explain the learning on it.
Because as we start.
To release and think about this.
Here before you do, I think one thing that it's interesting for me to think about all the time is most people that I talk to that aren't doing what you're doing, that aren't in day to day when they think AI, they do think robot, they think iRobot, they think like all the silly things that we know, Terminator machine learning, stuff like that, when really it's going well. No, the goal isn't for you to be replaced by a robot. The goal is to better serve a client. The goal is to make things more accessible, to be quicker, to be more responsive. And I think that's what you've really leaned into in a great way.
