Short transcript of Steve D Valentine explaining how to position real-estate investments as "win/win" opportunities: older investors value both financial returns and social impact, and will support deals that benefit many families and help the speaker succeed. The clip emphasizes dual-purpose investments that deliver better returns than banks while positively affecting title holders, lenders, sellers, tenants, employees, and trades.

In the older generation with the cash piece, it makes a huge deal for them that their money is not only making money, but it's also helping somebody else, whether that be you or other families. And that was the explanation with them that they were excited about is like, okay, I'm getting a better rate of return than the bank. And I know that the bank isn't necessarily pouring money back into people we would run into on the streets. And so when you explain to somebody their investment and how it impacts 50 families between title and lenders and the families we're buying houses from, and the tenants and the employees and the trades all the way through, they're like, our money is doing a lot of good for it and we're getting a return on it. So it's a dual purpose investment for them. And older people really love to know, more importantly, that it's benefiting you as well, that you're winning. And that's what's cool when you get into those conversations with your clients is they do want to see you win and they will help you win if the opportunity is presented.
