The bigger the list. Somebody might not be ready to invest right now, but are we feeding them information to where it is? Like, okay, eventually they're going to get there, right? It might be a couple of years before they figure it out.
Well, and not only that, I mean, a big list has its pros and cons. A big list is also getting your name out there and keeping your name in front of people. You know, you could have people on that list that eventually want to sell at some point or, you know, who knows on the list, maybe they're not all buyers, but sending them emails of properties and showing them that you're still doing deals and still buying, selling, it just expands your footprint, I think, a little bit. So that's the pro of it, the benefit of it, I think. But when it comes down to working and selling properties, I think just a smaller list is the way to go. Maybe categorize the people you know so that you have them being sent different things.
