And so you don't want to be a disgusting, filthy landlord that doesn't do any repairs and just expects people to live in your dirt and your filth. And because you're a tight ass, if you're going to do that, just don't do it right or if you're going to do it, don't do it with me because I won't do it with you. That's important.
