You've been at REO for three years now. What do you think the biggest benefit to you has been being at REO for three years? Culture, technology, and a company that truly believes in its goal, which is paying its agents to be there. So what that means is that for doing what I've done for 25 years in the last three, the brokerage that I'm at is absolutely paying me to be there. I invest up front through my production, and then there is a reward on the backside of it that increases my retirement, plus the other levers that get pulled in the company, whether it's through partnerships, you know, through joint ventures, or through real attraction, which is attracting other agents into your network downline. And it's allowed me the biggest benefit, which I'm most excited about. In all the years that I built teams, had agents, all the things real gave me the ability to build a team that doesn't have to wave my flag. And we all get to collaborate and partner together on multiple different things, and everybody gets to run their business and I get to help and support. And on top of that, the agents are supporting each other, building a ladder community, which means everybody's willing to reach down and help the next person in the door.
