If I'm not doing it, how can I help other people doing it? Right? And I've put 25 years of my life into this business and my knowledge, and I get to do these things. And most agents, when it comes down to it, $40,000, let's just say it's a trashed house. Their only thought is, I'm going to get this listing and I'm going to go chase down a buyer so I can double end the commission rather than chase down the money to buy the house.
