I was recently fired from a listing just like this one by a client. You know why? Because they thought that I was more involved in coaching and doing training videos like we're doing here. And I'm like, huh, that's interesting. You fired me because you thought I was more involved in doing something else. But the agent you hired post more about partying and drinking on the weekends, and I'm spending my free time training people on how to make their life better. But somehow that makes me a worse choice as your real estate agent. Ponder that.
