I'm ready to grow into that, or I'm ready to start doing the investing piece, or I'm ready to start talking to agents about coming over here. And so you start to think like, well, I'm at a place. And this is always a question, like, is there a lid on your growth? And not just talking about in your sales, I'm talking about in your life, right? Because you could come to a point. You know, you're what, 33? You come to the point when you're 50 that you're like, you have this great network of agency, you have this great referral business. Some of your referral business is being handled by your network. So you don't have to do the work. You don't have a team. You can operate pretty much solo. And then maybe you are just helping agents determine which brokers they go to down the road, because it's a lever you can pull because of the life that you built.
