I'm coming back in two years and we're going to do this again and I'm going to prepare you for this. What does that look like in your business? What is the impact you're having? You buy one house and this is your college fund and then when we get to 20 or 18, whenever your kids go to college, then you can pull the equity out tax free and go pay for your kids to go to college and the tenant can cover that debt.
