I like older homes personally, I don't like newer homes because hoas and those types of things and older homes typically need more work which I don't care if it's little old lady clean or it's trashed. It's all the same amount of money to redo it except for the trash out. Yeah. And the worse they are, the more work the kids have payback which teaches, teaches them right. What's actually what's funny is we've taught the kids like hey, I know we told you to trash this out and we're going to pay you for this but but if you would look at the opportunity of having a garage sale and let people buy everything for a dollar, you can make more money and you don't have to do as much work. And so one of the kids came to me yesterday and they did it over the weekend and I think they made $1,000 on Saturday from just selling somebody else's random junk.
