You know, if you're listening out there, there's a lot of conversations. You know, everybody wants to expand, and they want to build teams. And I'm going to challenge you. Do you want to build a team or do you want to build a business? And that business revolves around you and expanding you and your mindset. Right. So my team was built on making sure that my arms had longer reach, and they understood that that reach is to bring clientele in. And it's Lizzie Hofer says it's best. This is my baby. Right. And you're expected to feed it, care for it, love it and watch over it. But at the end of the day, it's still my baby. But together, we can expand going forward. So what I had to do was figure out how to get a longer reach.
