You have to come to me and tell me when you're stuck. I'm not going to do the check in with you every week. Hey, are you stuck? Are you striving? What are your wins and challenges? Because accountability works in reverse, which is if they truly want that success, then they're constantly asking the mentor, sending the accountability. I'm doing these things. I did these things for 30 days and this happened. Cool. Why do you think that happened? Right. So it's asking more questions and being more that mentor. And the more that you help them critically think through it, the less you're managing and the more you're empowering.
