Alright, we have a great free training for you about real estate partnerships and co signing. That's right some of you parents out there have co signed for your kids for houses and maybe some relatives some other things and it might not have gone as planned but I'm going to show you a different way to do it and how to potentially partner with your kids to create future rentals or your relatives or maybe you and a friend want to partner to buy a house because things have gotten more expensive. So we're going to walk through the different, different types of partnerships and how you can actually structure these in order to number one keep you from making mistakes in that partnership structure because trust me, partnerships can go bad and how to properly structure it so that everybody wins at the end of the day and potentially this can be a great way to start the wealth building process in real estate.
