Don't let fear be sold to you. So right now, in this economy, there's a lot of things being sold to you on the media and social media on fear driven, especially in the real estate market, that things are crashing. It's not crashing, it's stabilizing, even though the rates are a little bit higher. But we don't want to buy into fear. And there's also comes opportunity when markets happen like this. So you want to stay stable and don't let the fear drive your decisions. Look at common sense. Look at data, real data points. You know, like today I was looking through the mls, and if you break down the data specifically, it's not as high of an inventory as you really think it is that everybody's claiming it is. So make sure you're talking to somebody and really breaking down the data and understanding what the opportunities are in this current market.
