One of the most absolutely horrific thing, as a father, as a husband, as a man, is when you fail. And, man, did I fail so much to the extent that during that time, I wrote a suicide note. Obviously never executed on it because I had failed so miserably. You know, I realized all that when we got out of our foreclosure and we went to our first rental, which, by the grace of God, my sister was in property management, and she had a really cool owner that put us in this house with no deposit and a few other things, because back then, I mean, 2008, this is before we had a ton of rental inventory and things were sparse and they could have waited for a better tenant as far as credit goes. But so we were in this house on 66 for, I don't know, six months. And you get creative like, the house was okay, location was okay. And my sister had another house come up for rent that some tenants had looked at, but it was too much money for them and they needed something a little smaller. So we actually got those tenants to take over that lease, and we leased this other house, which we're going to on Muriel right now. And this house is really was the very beginning of the next iteration or the next pivot in the real estate space.
