give people the opportunity to invest! #realestateinvesting #realestate #money #financialfreedom

Here's the cool thing. You guys all have people in your sphere that have a bunch of money, and they are willing to absolutely invest in you. They're absolutely willing to write the check. And you start to go down that road today, which is insane, right? So it's eight years. We manage $20 million of private capital for our clients. These are people that we've sold their houses, said, what are you doing with your money? Well, I don't know what I'm doing that. Can I give you an 8% return on it? Well, yeah. Where do I have to check? Cool. Let's go to town, right? And so this is how we started to do it. I'm like, wait, I don't need any money. And then we started getting really brazen and creative. So if I buy enough equity in this house with hard money and I do a little renovation to it and add some value to it, in six months seasoning, I can refinance it and have no down payment because I essentially bought the 20 equity in it.
