So we have to take the emotion out of it, but we also have to put the emotion back into it. Which means what Wendy and I have learned over the years is we don't cut corners. We're going to do the right thing because it's right, but we're not going to over improve the property by, you know, doing $10 a square foot tile when the community affords a $2 a square foot tile. Sometimes we get emotionally involved in what we're doing when we're renovating something and we have to stick to our guns and our budgets based on the area that it's located in and based on the comps.
