A lot of times, you know, being in that guidance and advisor position, they're already six months ahead of where they should have talked to us because they're like, hey, my wife and I are thinking about relocation this, that and the other and we want to have the conversation about it, but we're not ready to sell yet. A lot of people are afraid to call and have that conversation with us six months premature because all it's going to mean is putting a house on the market and what are the solutions to it. And that's where, you know, trying to get people to understand, like, look, call me if you're thinking about it so that I can give you the other thought process that goes with it and some of the blind spots you may not see in thinking this through, then at least you have a plan and the uninformed excitement can now be very informed and then you can make a decision as to whether or not you're still excited about this process.
