So this book is really outlining all the different things that I believe. The real estate business is so much different than it ever has been. And there's so many different opportunities to create wealth and problem solve for people and not just treat it like a sales business. We go through a lot of stories in there, a lot of creativity, a lot of the things that we've done. But that was the main reason is how do I impact agents to Look, I don't care if you have a goal of owning two properties, but there should be some goal besides the transaction and the GCI goal every year.
