Do you know why I own an office building? Because of the strategies that I deployed in my life and then telling you about in this book. You see when my dad passed away my mom was leasing an office and you know it was five, six thousand dollars a month for this lease. I'm like man, five six thousand dollars a month, that's a million dollar purchase. And so I started to go to work to see like what was the commercial availability for it and I partnered with a good friend of mine and we bought this entire 11,000 square foot building because we didn't live in a limited mindset that it wasn't possible. And believe it or not we figured it out. We were like 2k a treehouse and we figured out how to buy this building and it's been an amazing investment for us for the last six years and it's home to everything that we do and these are things that you can apply in your life.
