I know you said you guys have a buy box so and you did some research to find out tenants and like should we put something together like that?
Yeah, you, you want to start researching, you know. Okay, a couple different questions. One, are you going to use a management company or do you want to manage it yourself? I highly recommend the first one. I just believe management services just the best liability wise and everything else just to keep out of it. And so if you're going to go management, it's, it's having a conversation with a couple of management companies, you know, there in that area and going okay, who's going to best serve me? And then picking their brain like hey, where do you guys see the best rentals? What are the longest tenants things? Now you can kind of ask those questions and then they'll kind of give you the buy box which works best and sometimes it's different depending on what you're looking at.
