When I saw my dad get sick and I saw all the money that he was making for investors, I didn't take his position. I took the investor position. And I said, what's it take to be those guys? For them to buy the houses? What resources do you need? What confidence do you need to buy a house at the kitchen table from your good friends? This is what more than a realtor is, because a realtor becomes a problem solver. There's nothing you have to sell anymore.
