Well, I got fired. And here's where we're at. Interesting story that relates to the commission issue that we have going on right now. So here's what's happening. I've got a house that I worked on for six months. The agreement with the seller was that we were going to put it back on the market a couple months after it reset for a lot of different reasons, which I'm going to get into later. Here's the crux of it. With all this commission stuff going on, he basically fired me. And three weeks later he calls back and says, well, I found a buyer, but I have these problems. So I can tell you what those problems are. But just think of the worst things that can happen at the end of a transaction that you just are so frustrated with, especially as agents. And we know what we're doing and just imagine our clients or if you're in a for sale by owner situation. So I have that call right now that I did this morning with that client and trying to figure out, is my ego going to get in the way? How do I want to handle this, the different things? So this month I want us to have a call and we're actually doing a conversation and I'm going to do a conversation with a consumer in studio. We're going to talk about some of this stuff and I want to talk about what I'm learning. And I'm going to keep you updated on the story as we go through it because I'm getting ready to jump into an email with this now. For sale by owner. That was a client and the buyer and see if I can solve something, earn some income or whether or not this is going to go sideways and get ugly. So join me on April 24th at 1 o'. Clock. We're doing a zoom. We're going to break this down. Then we're going to have a really good conversation about a couple of things and follow this email because there's more to come.
