"I was Fired" UPDATE

Alright, so let's get to the update because we're going to have this conversation a couple of weeks with this for sale by owner and all the tactics with commissions. I didn't know if I was going to blow my ego when I had the conversation with them and I actually had to think about it for a day and it gave me anxiety, like big time. So I did with this for sale by owner, I just shot him an email and say, hey, here's my consulting fee. If you want me to jump back into this with the buyer, be more than happy to help. Then there was another email that went out to him and the conversations and the end result, which were just about there this week, is actually pretty fascinating where we didn't have to go back and relist the house. We are recovering the money from the first listing and there's a few surprises that I worked in there in the conversation with a seller that you were going to absolutely love. And what this comes down to, it's about focusing on income and problem solving. So I solved the problem. I didn't have the house on the market and I didn't have the buyer, but I did solve the problem for the seller and I mean just as much money as any other real estate agent. The only difference is I have zero liability in it. I took a past client where we didn't have the listing, tried to sell it for sale by owner and left the door open. And that's what's important.
