Investing for Real Estate Agents

I would tell agents, practically tactically, you want to get into investing. Good. There's a cool area that you can start with called fix up repair in mls. You just set that on daily search until there's something that comes in your vicinity. Go look at it, run the numbers, take pictures, run content on it, pretend you're an investor and go run the numbers and follow the property, see what happens to it. Right. It's fascinating to look at what property sold for what somebody did to it and then track it. Those are the numbers? Yeah. I've given a free spreadsheet to track numbers. What is frustrating in this industry is people are not willing to invest in guidance through something.
